I am revising my previous comment and rating regarding the delay of receiving the school leavers hoodies, after the response from the business. As I understand now, the delay is from the school, which I was not aware of before. Therefore, instead of just deleting my comment, I thought I’d edit it, so the business is aware that I have acknowledged their response positively and for other customers to be aware and appreciate that the business takes time to look into the issues and respond accordingly. I thank the business for bringing this to my attention and apologise for the previous comment. I hope you can appreciate that the comment was made based on my experience, which as I know now, is because of the school’s lack of communication. I will update on the quality of the hoodies once received; hence the 4 stars for now. Thank you.

Your comment is entirely unfair. Your school’s hoodies were delivered almost 2 weeks ago. The school made the decision to keep hold of the hoodies to give to the children after their SATs are complete next week. This is nothing to do with my business and your school should have communicated this to you. Leavers Hoodies
From start to finish, the service has been amazing! Our 2024 leavers were so happy with their hoodies and the quality of them was amazing! We have been asked by younger years if they can have them when they leave! We will definitely be using every year now! Best bit is 10% back for PTA fundraising! Thank you
