I stumbled upon this company on the Internet whilst looking for some strawberry wellies for my best friend who is mad on strawberries! (She went crazy when she got the wellies by the way!!) I have now bought a fire pit from them too, as I was impressed with their quality, service and delivery speed.

Would definitely recommend All4gardening to friends and family.

I found the web-site to be easy to use
Payment procedures were straight forward and efficient
Delivery was as promised

Web page was confusing but company honourd it's statement in the web page delivered the product on the due date and we are well satisfied with both service and quality. Problems will always occure in the best regulated company, it is how they are solved that is the real measure of service.

i received my product and the delivery was organised well. the product i received is of very good quality however the item i received was not what was displayed on the website. the cushions shown in the photo where bottom and back cushions and i paid a considerable amount for this option. However i have only received bottom cushions and they are of very poor quality and they say on the label "produced for FOCUS DIY ltd". Also in the the description it states the chairs are stack-able and this is not the case!!! For the money i have spent i would expect ALOT better than what i have recieved!!!!

Can I not give you 0 stars. Delivery states usually within 2-7 working days. I would expect that if this delivery time was not going to be met , I would receive notification as to why. Now 2 weeks later , nothing. Poor poor poor service

I was pleasantly surprised by the companies which delivered the 2 items I ordered (Tuffnells & Interlink) as both gave you the option to have the items left in a safe place & so remove the need to wait in for their delivery.

Both arrived promptly.

Very quick turnaround, and I was kept informed all along the chain of events up until my delivery. Very happy with the transaction and would recommend to anyone who wants to listen.

I placed my order and within the hour the company called me to inform me that my order would be dispatched in 3 deliveries, because the stock was coming into thier warehouse at different times. My main delivery was coming up to the 10 day timescale so I emailed them, I had a prompt response and explanation. The goods were with me the next day. Overall the service was excellent and the quality of the product very good.
I would definitely recommend All4gardening.

Fantastic quality piece at very reasonable price. Extremely well wrapped for postage so arrived without incident. It looks lovely in my garden & the birds lobe it. I'd definitely shop with this company again.

Order multiple products from this site they have never let me down. Even when they were out of stock they called me up told me it would be a couple of days when item would be in stock and product still turned up before estimated date. Keep up the good service.

Great to deal with, responded really quickly to a sizing query, and dispatched items as soon as I confirmed, I had them within 24hrs! Would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone.
