Sent used return instead of brand new item
Sent me clearly used items marketed as brand new. I spent 370€ on an Arccos starter bundle with the Link Pro and Smart Sensors, also including 1 Year membership in the app.
What arrived was clearly an unwanted customer return. All seals on the box opened. The box itself dirty and torn. The stickers that cover the sensors have all been removed and badly replaced, out of position, some ripped. The fact that this item has clearly been used makes me also suspect I will find the app membership has already been used on somebody elses account.
Unacceptable to expect people to pay full price and be satisfied with used, unwanted goods. I am deeply unhappy about this.

I have got wrong order and was ignored
To be honest, I didn't think that everything would end so badly with this store. I ordered a set of clubs together with a bag for my wife before the New Year. I received the wrong order: the clubs I ordered, but instead of the ordered bag, a mini bag came that was 3 times cheaper.
I called the store, they said that they would sort it out on the same day. Nothing happened. I called on the second day - the same thing. Then I called on the third day, they just fed me with empty promises. And they didn't tell me to return the bag, but told me to wait for some decision. In the end, I called again after a week and a half and the man said that I needed to return the bag with the clubs and they would send me a new order. I sent it back, paid my 25 euros and in the end they just refunded me the money for the bag and the clubs. I asked for a refund of 25 euros for the return, since it was the store's fault, but now no one answers me or picks up the phone.
In the end, I lost about 3 weeks of time, nerves and 25 euros. The store employees definitely don't care about you, so it's your risk to buy from this store. You'll be lucky if you don't have any problems with your order, and if you do, good luck resolving the situation with these employees.

Shockingly good!
I hate filling in reviews. Why should I when my side of the order already is fine… I will take time for this; Best golfshop ever. Ordered clubs, putters, accessories from the Netherlands. Best prices in Europe (saved me over €400,- in 2 orders!!!) and trustworthy as it can. I will bet my firstborn child on it. Will order more soon, because we always need new golf equipment. 😁

Very good selection with good prices. Ordering from Switzerland is easy as everything is included. I was a bit dissapointed though as I placed my order over a week ago and did not hear anything from you. I do not know when my bag will arrive

Very bad experience. I ordered pants, they sent me the wrong size.
I ordered it again and the same mistake occured.
I am still waiting for the customer service to handle this, reading the comments now I am afraid about getting my money back. Stay away from it.

Very bad experience
Very, very, very negative experience.
- I have made an order & payment over a month ago. Still didn’t receive anything.
- order is clearly delivered at a different adress (which is not mine). I did not receive the product..
- Customer service is almost not reachable by phone - only by email which they don’t respond to in a promptly manner.
- 1 month into the proces. I have no product and still waiting on a creditnote from All4Golf.
Work on your customer service All4golf! This is not good.

Sending me wrong invoices
I bought 2 shirts from them and they were both defect. When I told them and sent pictures they quickly responded and said they would send 1 new shirt.
I contacted them for weeks about getting a second new shirt since both of them were defect and after many emails they sent a new one.
And now after a month, they have sent me an invoice for the shirt!
I have emailed them 5-6 times for weeks about this and they are just ignoring my emails. The shirts I originally ordered were paid directly and I do not have any payments left. They have sent me invoices 2 times.
Would like them to contact me and remove my invoice since I do not have anything left to pay. Besides this I’m very happy with the fast shipping and with the 2 new shirts who are without faults.
