Ordered a golf Standbag + other golf accessories, super fast delivery 1-2 work days. Golf bag is very nice and everything was exactly like ordered. I was hesitant because of the other reviews but my personal experience was perfect.
i order in september and my order hasn arrived because customs says is lacking documents. I have been trying to contact them for weeks and no reply from their side. My order is above 700€ is not a small thing, they claim to have a delivery in place of 3-5 bussines days, i ordered on the 24th of september and today, 16th of october, no package, no reply from their side and i have contact them from the birdie bot 4 times and trough email another 3 times. at this point i think i have been scammed
Bought irons, shoes, 2 bags and other accessories in Hannover like many times before. Love the clubs but their bookkeeping is impossible to deal with. Asked for a refund of VAT multiple times after having sent them the 'Ausfuhrerklärung' as proof of export but not even an answer. It used to be easy and standard procedure with them in the past.
No telephone answers by client service.
Unfroendly answer at normal quedtion aboit delayed delivery.
