All the contents of my mystery box were absolutely rubbish my cakes were squashed and my drink had burst ! As for the rest of the sweets well what a load of crap nothing new or decent . And took over a week to arrive and in this day and age it’s not good enough! Not worth £50 and won’t be using all about sweets again

Another excellent pick a mix order. Plus got some milka mini cookie that are lush. And tried laffy taffy3for first time too. All arrived on date stayed and wrapped safely

I found All about Sweets UK on TikTok and was looking to place a first sweets bundle order. After viewing several of their videos on their TikTok account the products looked great, staff appeared friendly & amiable and the comments appeared positive so I made my first order. I chose 3 items, one of these items being 25 x Icy Chocolate Cups for the great price of £2.25. These were my absolute favourite as a child so I was really happy to see them available! I was initially a little put out as my order took 6 days to arrive despite the website saying 3 days but that really was no big deal.
Sadly, when my order arrived the Icy Chocolate Cupcakes had not only completely melted but were disintegrated and terribly damaged. The majority of them were so clumped & moulded together it was impossible to pull apart to remove parts of the shiny wrappers. There were also brand new, folded over and flattened empty wrappers when once unfolded were completely clean inside with no residue of any melted chocolate. There were definitely less than 25 in number. At an educated guess using the wrapper count there were less than 20 plus the extra empty wrappers. They were inedible due to this damage. I, of course took photographs. My other 2 items in my order were fine with no problems.
I emailed the company the very same day and provided several photographs of the damaged product. Despite expressing disappointment I was polite, non-accusatory and reasonably requested a partial refund just for the chocolate cups of £2.25.
There was no response after 2 days so I sent a second email simply asking if they had seen the first, I then got a response.
I was quite taken aback as their response not only refuted my complaint and dismissed my photographic evidence but focused instead on "educating" me with their chosen delivery methods and melting in transit. They stated that despite the damage to this product it was all perfectly edible and that it was "normal" in certain temperatures for that product to arrive in the state that it did. Therefore no refund. I didn't even get an apology. I emailed a third time, sending more photographs, stating that I was really happy with my other 2 products but would they please reconsider my refund of £2.25 for my irreparably damaged item. Again, they refused and again, not even an apology.
To be honest if they had genuinely apologised in their first response I would probably have been happy to leave it at that but to be "lectured" on their chocolate products melting in heat using their chosen packaging and their chosen delivery services was not what I was expecting.
With them clearly being acutely aware of this problem you would think they would put fail safes, contingencies, transit and packaging changes etc to compensate for this known problem during summer - or even give the customer a warning/disclaimer/heads up that this happens - rather than the customer to just be expected to be happy with a severely damaged item without even a genuine apology.
I've deleted my account with them, informed family & friends and will not be using them again due to the fact of their very poor customer service, attitude and a point blank refusal in two emails to apologise, rather than my damaged item.
It's a shame as what was once a nice childhood memory couldn't be replicated here and a genuine apology really does go a very long way in customer complaints and relations. Certainly goes to show you cannot believe all you see on business social media accounts and the misrepresentation of integrity and decency is rife.

Love the sweets from here and every time I order they come pretty quick

Ordered a £50 and a £25 mystery box.
Boxes were packed with lots a great stuff. Have ordered sweets from several different retailers and this is definitely the best we've had.

Only draw back is Evri/hermes are a bit slow.

Definitely going to reorder again.

The item’s arrived in one piece but the box was all dented it looked like it had been dropped or thrown around it probably would of helped if the items were packaged into a smaller box as I only ordered 6 items . Delivery was slow so take that into account when picking standard delivery as I obviously didn’t but the items went down well with my children .

A very expensive packet of sweets which I don’t think was value for money and there was 3 products missing from the order. My daughter ordered 4 of a specific sweet and only 1 arrived in the order. It was too much hassle to complain etc so I let it go.

Easy ordering, quick delivery. I’m sure my daughter is going to be very pleased with her American goodies. Would recommend.

Myself and my partner order from here often, and love the wide variety of treats to choose from. I recently visited All about Sweets Uk, at their unit, with my children. The service I received was was so professional , been in the unit and to be able to browse for my boys ,it was a dream come true! The owners very kindly let my children pick their own Pick and Mix and watch it be weighed and packed. We will be continuing to order and visit this company, and will enjoy watching them grow!
