This is a great product. It's exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to simply download music from Spotify and Allavsoft does exactly that and in great quality too. You can download 1 song or a whole playlist. If you're thinking about it don't, lol trust me you won't regret it!

Dev is still advertising "Download Spotify to MP3 in 320kbps" even though they confirm by email 2 months ago that this is no longer possible, and only 128k can be achieved.

Proved by re-downloading a playlist I have previously made when 320k was possible, and even though the allavsoft is set to "best available", all the files are 50% the size of the first download, which means more compressed, and sure, they sound really bad.

When I bought a lifetime licence, this software was all about spotify. Now lots of other download features have been added. I don't want them or care about them. My lifetime purchase was for spotify.

Devs are longer spending enough attention on getting the spotify working. If it breaks, well OK, these things happen, move on. But what is evil here is that they are still advertising 320k spotify and taking people's money. Not good ethics. Email they say they will fix it, they say they will change the article. No truth. I have stopped trusting them with my personal information and card details.

I expect I wil have a reply just like all the others on this page, they say "please contact us" showing that they listen. Well I already have, they don't listen. They do not change. They just want your money. Avoid.

I started using this software along with few others as a test and I've to say this is one of the best downloading software that I've ever used. This software is amazing for downloading playlists as well. You can set default settings for download quality and even setup accounts for websites that require login. This software works for about any website you can imagine and this is one of the reason why it was a no brainer for me to buy a lifetime version.

I have been using Allavsoft for over a year and a half. It is one of the most useful tools when it comes to downloading music from Spotify and YouTube (that's what I use it for). I also use it as a file converter.

Yesterday, I had a problem with my registration key. I email them and they got back to me in less than an hour with a solution. It's the fastest response that I have seen. Kudoz to the Allavsoft team!

I have been using this software for years and it is excellent. It is not just a downloader but also an effective format converter. I recently had an issue with my subscription and customer service was quick to address my concerns. Customer service is the fastest I have ever seen. I highly recommend.

I have been using this software for a couple years now and it is amazing. I am able to download and convert files flawlessly and pretty fast too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable way to get MP3 and WAV. files as well as MP4's.

There customer service is very pleasant too. I forgot my account info and also had to wipe my computer. and asked for a new license # and they were really cool and plan on sending one. I am really happy to be supporting a good software and company! :)

I've now had the Allavsoft software for awhile, and like others was initially skeptical that it would work for me. I tried the trial version and it seemed to work. So purchased the full version, and haven't been disappointed.
My use-case is that I use streaming service for my music, and they allow downloads, which is all well and good, if you listen to music on the phone. But unless it has a good DAC hardware module, you won't be hearing quality music. I have a player that can stream music, but it is streamed over wifi. When I am out, if I connect it to my phone, it is using my data allowance. Allavsoft allows me to take my music with me, by taking my playlists and downloading them to my music player. I am still paying for the subscription to the streaming service so it is all good.
Highly recommended if you have a use-case like mine.

I'm not gonna hide that I was a bit cautious before purchasing a license, but it turns out Allavsoft was THE software I was looking for and needed in my life.

There are regular updates, it's always working perfectly, and when I had a question: they answered my email within 24 hours.

I Have used the Allasoft and find it very reliable it covers all my need for streaming. So far I had no problems or complaints obtaining all my favorite music especial from YouTube, and the replay quality is just awesome. Thumbs up to the developers great work.

Did exactly what I needed it to

I wanted to download an episode from 'SBS On Demand' before it expired so I could watch it later. This software did exactly what I needed it to without any problems, it was easy to use. Only complaint is the UI but honestly it doesn't matter for a basic tool like this.

It does what it supposed to do. and it does it well.
I got is to download Spotify playlist’s and albums Easily. you just need the album or playlist Link and put it in to the program and it download’s everything.

You used to be able to download from Spotify @ 320kbps, now it's all 128kbps.
What happened Allavsoft? Is it Spotify trying to stop this?
Would like to have a clear reply so I can adjust my review accordingly.

I use Allovsoft software to record classical music concerts of the Berlin Philharmonic and medici.tv platform. I received quick and effective help when, at the beginning of April 2022, I was blocked from recording concerts in mp4 format from the medici.tv platform. Now everything works fine, for which I am very grateful to the developers and administrators of the program.

It records just about anything successfully. However, it is a complete FAIL when I use the "screen record" facility. I get about 25 % of the video and the rest shows parts of my dektop ! I also have AVC (Any Video Converter) and it records the same all video perfectly.
I have the latest version.
Your reply is pathetic ! I am already a buyer, not a free user! Your advice elsewhere that I can fix the problem if I reduce my screen layout to 100% causes my desktop to be unusable ! This is also the same advice that you gave me more tha a year ago! (Dear Customer,
The following is one of our customer's feedback.
I just figured out that my screen lay-out was on 125%, the recommended
scale. When I turn it to 100% the record function does work the way
it should, even in a 1920x1080 screen setting.)

This is frustrating software. I started with the free version, and then bought a one month license. It took a good while to convince it that I had the license, having to enter the information (registration code) 2-3 times before it would accept it.
I wanted to download files from Spotify and convert the to portable mp3 files. It converted the spotify files to mp3s, but they have to be played within the allavsoft program -- there seems to be no way to export them to a separate file -- virtually useless from my point of view. I won't be renewing this after the one month trial.
