Everything was in order and on time

Appalling. Needed a battery urgently and was told they had them in stock. They didn't say that the battery was in France! I've waited four days and just got a message to say it will be another 10 - 15 working days! Mis-leading information like this means that I will never buy from this and recommend that others avoid them too.

Ordered on 27/4/25 from uk, sent invoice saying 8 days for delivery. Then told after over a week it’s coming from France and given a different invoiced dated 5/5/25 finally got battery on 13/05/25 customer services a joke. Avoid avoid avoid

I did actually get the wrong battery delivered after ordering correctly but the staff were efficient and very professional in sorting out my return and refund which was a good experience

Wanted a battery for my old Senco duraspin screw gun for a backup well happy with battery but when I ordered it it says from Birmingham that’s why I order has only live about 20mile away so thought be here in couple days but then found out it coming from France ? They should state where the stock is coming from etc still happy with battery and my old screw gun now working happy days

Batteries for my obsolete Metabo drill were ordered. They were delivered quickly, my original charger successfully charged them, and they work. I'm delighted.

Battery was a brilliant price, arrived as stated. Sit on mower started first time.

I was really wary as it’s hard to find this Bosch type of battery as Bosch quickly changed its design after my purchase which is annoying. It was great to see the model codes to check the compatibility and even though the moulding looks subtly different it works really well. It’s brand new so can’t vouch for longevity but it was a great price

Took weeks to arrive and was the wrong size

Ordered my new Varta battery, which arrived within 3 days, extremely well packaged. The ordering process was simple and straightforward. If I had to buy another battery tomorrow I would have no hesitation in using Allbatteries.

+ Good price and quick delivery.
- Should be clearer on website / when buying products that products are in warehouse in France as lead time on website wasn't obvious.

Came by snail post took longer than expected to arrive but came eventually it was a shock to hear they send all their stock from France

Excellent service. Superfast and reliable.

They don't respond to email, they don't t tell you before you pay that it's coming from France, you get no tracking, you're just told via the website that it may take 3 weeks "due to the ongoing issues following Brexit" which was 5 years ago but they're still using the excuse. When you complain they just respond with a sarcastic email saying "thanks for your kind words" and don't address any issues.

I had tried another company that was apalling, prior to AllBatteries.
I chose AllBatteries because of the registered UK address and the information they provided about the company and the products.
The Laptop battery supplied fitted perfectely first time and hand an adequate base charge.
Delivery was lengthy, all the paperwork was supplied prior to deliery.
I will no doubt try and purchase from AllBattery again, in the hope that the products will continue to be of the quality that I have experienced.
