FAKE REVIEWS POSTED

First of all and MOST important not EVERYONE can write a review. When I went to write a review I had to contact CS and I was told customers are randomly sent requests to write reviews and them once "approved" they will be posted. So right there it shows why only 4 and 5 star reviews are posted. 2nd the canvas piper sneakers are sent with laces way to short to even tie and the 4 and 5 star reviews that got thru mentioning the short laces aren't given a solution So I called CS and was told to look on Amazon to purchase longer laces and they are aware this is an issue. So you’re expected to pay over $100 for athletic shoes. The company knows the laces are too short and tells you to go to Amazon to purchase longer laces that will tie properly and then you have to hope that the color matches.SMH I am returning the shoes, I'm not dealing with FALSE reviews and poor customer service. needless to say I did like the shoes found them comfortable but the laces didn't stay tied.

Allbirds gliders Caused knee pain

Unfortunately, the shoes are causing discomfort and I have developed knee pain by wearing it. It looks beautiful. I have been using All Birds for a few years with no issues but this one’s not the same. I requested for an exchange but because I have used it, they said no. I am disappointed. Given that they are a sustainable organisation, I did not expect this. I understand there’s an exchanging policy but surely there will be exceptional cases like mine. They didn’t check that I have been a loyal customer for years and I have not used any other brand. What should I do with the shoes now? Won’t be buying again.

Comfier than the last

No matter how many times I messed up with my size, this company were only too happy to change them. They came beautifully boxed and presented fabulously.

Item not received

Still haven’t received the order. Apparently due to a warehouse issue. Item was ordered as a gift so I will now have to explain to the recipient that it will be late. Emailed customer services who suggested that the item might have been delivered, like I wouldn’t have checked that and I also provided the dpd tracking which stated that wasn’t the case. Paltry £10 refund offered as consolation. Awful service.

LOVE these shoes

LOVE these shoes, especially with a delightful discount. Comfy and supportive; just what I wanted. Bought the navy and black pair, and ended up getting the off-white (for summer) as well. PS V quick delivery too.

Size up - NOT true to size or a true fit, particularly if you have wide feet!

I purchased my 1st pair of 'Allbirds Women's Tree Breezers' in 2022 & within a few months there were holes developing where the big toe sits (I regularly cut my toenails). I did a temporary fix by gluing a small piece of leather onto the inside of the shoe where the big toes sit (it works). They were relatively comfortable wearing indoors, but uncomfortable for walking on the footpath. I bought a 2nd pair of the same shoes (size 7) in 2024, & have only recently put the old ones aside & started wearing the new ones. Both pairs are a size 7, they look the same & SHOULD fit the same, but NO, once they are on the feet they are obviously a smaller fit, very tight around the toes & painful to wear! NOT True Sizing & NOT a Wide Fit! I had other colleagues who are a true size 7 wear them for short periods in the office & they too found them too small for a size 7. Disappointing, I should have sized up & purchased a Size 7.5.....expensive exercise, & had to ditch them!

I have had two pairs of terrible…

I have had two pairs of terrible quality shoes that fell apart after four weeks of normal wear. No running, no hiking through rough terrain, nothing but walking in the city. Allbirds customer service doesn't want to know and refuses to help beyond store credit. Shoes that last this length of time are not sustainable. I can understand why Allbirds share price continues to fall - its all hype and poor product and customer journey. I also asked to return to them so they could responsibility recycle. They were not interested - the sustainability claims are only green washing.

Looking online and at these reviews it is clear Allbirds are not really concerned about sustainability or customer service. Avoid.

Terribly disappointed with our All…

Terribly disappointed with our All Birds jandals. Wore them a few times and they broke. The bands came out of the soles on all three pairs we brought. Unable to repair them they all ended up in the rubbish. However I have five pairs of shoes and love each and everyone of them, as does my partner love his four pairs.

Poor customer communication

I started off really liking Allbird, then had two pairs that wore out at the toe. Allbird offered to refund me. Then they just refused to answer my requests for information on how to obtain the refund. Given up on them now wear Sketchers

I love these shoes

I love these shoes, especially the ones with the soft footbed. However the laces are appalling. They don't stay done up at all. Recommend you replace before wearing

Extremely disappointed – Allbirds quality control and support need serious improvement

was genuinely excited to try Allbirds for the first time and ordered a pair of the Men's Tree Runners. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing but frustrating. The first pair I received had a large, very noticeable mark—visible even before fully opening the box. I contacted Allbirds customer service, and while they were polite, I was asked to send them back for a replacement.

Over a week later, my replacement pair arrived… with the exact same mark in the exact same spot. It was so identical that I honestly believe Allbirds just tried to clean up the original pair and sent them back. If not, then this points to a serious failure in Allbirds’ quality control process—because this flaw was extremely obvious.

I’m now waiting on a third pair and debating whether I should just ask for a refund instead. Throughout this, Allbirds customer service has been slow to respond and has only offered standard scripted apologies. When I returned the first pair, I even had to chase them up to get a status update—only to be asked which replacement I wanted. It should’ve been obvious: the same shoes I ordered in the first place.

For a brand like Allbirds, which positions itself as premium and operates almost entirely online, this level of quality assurance and customer service is disappointing. These shoes aren't cheap, and honestly, this experience doesn't reflect the values Allbirds claims to stand for. I hope someone at Allbirds sees this and takes the feedback seriously—because right now, I can’t recommend them.

I have given a score of 2, not 1 as the have provided customer service. Even if it has been basic and not really willing to take accountability.

Items never received

Parcel was stolen. Reported to Evri and Met police. The seller is in breach of contract if items never received and have the contract with Evri who delivered to an insecure location not listed as a safe space. Customer services just suggested trying my credit card company and police again. No help, no times, no refund. Breach of contract and terrible service with no empathy or care . Representive was called Takoda from the customer experience team
