The best thing was being able to get a sample.

The best thing was being able to receive samples. We were particular on what we were looking for as a gift to represent our company. Having it in hand helped us pick the right one. Then from production to delivery was lightening fast. We were surprised by the execution of the product from order to in-hand.

Working with Allbranded has been tedious, unorganized, and you don't answer your phones.

Working with Allbranded has been absolutely the least user-friendly experience ever. I paid for an order on March 20th, and I still have not received my entire order a month later. I had to laugh a this email you sent "Did your order not go as planned?
If anything is wrong with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly by email or phone. We’ll do our best to help you as quickly as possible to find a satisfactory solution." No one EVER answers the phone, and no one EVER returns voicemails. No matter what extension you try, the customer service phone number is a joke. The associates on your email customer service desk are nice, and helpful, so that's why your business gets two stars. Last but not least, I never could check out online because of a mysterious "shipping error." All in all, I really shouldn't ever buy from your business again. However, your product selection and prices are really good, so I guess I'll just place my order two months in advance to account for the ridiculous process of ordering.

Great Customer Service

The order was wrong the first time, but customer service through email got it fixed at the production line. We placed two separate orders for a lot of product, and they are great quality. They were winter coats for men and we had about 75 employees that needed them. We plan to purchase in the future, especially if we can get on a company invoice plan where we pay when we receive it.

Waited 2 months after multiple attempts…

Waited 2 months after multiple attempts of reaching out and finally got some answers. Shirts shipped with a $75 credit towards my next purchase (never going to happen). After all the waiting and aggravation, I get my order and I ordered unisex shirts and they sent me all women's. What. A. Waste. Of. Time. Avoid this company at all costs!

I canceled the order twice via email…

I canceled the order twice via email before shipping . Not only did the order ship 6 days later it was billed to my credit card. Poor customer service!
