Purchased the R8 rollator for my Mum. She loves it, and finds it very stable and manoeuvrable. Excellent for both inside and outside use. Allcare were extremely good. Very easy website to order from, with good details about the product. Delivery was excellent, within a few days of ordering. I highly recommend Allcare, and will happily use them again.

Great Service
Easy to order, easy to pay and the tracking system for the delivery of the item was great. Sufficient for protection but not overdone packing. Batteries now in Electric wheelchair and working great.

Very helpful person to talk to by phone, and next-day delivery even though I paid for standard. I bought the R8 rollator, which seems well-designed and effective. Light, supportive, easy to fold up. Luggage compartment is big enough for simple shopping. Seat is much appreciated. Runs smoothly on good pavements and smooth road surfaces, rather juddery on uneven surfaces, but that's fair enough for a simple device without suspension.
