All City Collision Center Reviews 

On Thursday evening I went to All City Collision for vehicle inspection for repair. First I called and spoken to Mike, he gave me address and stated that he has to see my car. I drove from NJ to Staten Island was not sure that it was almost close to Verizon bridge which was almost over an hour drive for me. First I thought I made a mistake to choose that location because it was too far but then I thought since I told them that I was coming I should go. I arrived there at 4:30pm through zig zag ways to find that location, when I arrived there, I found a parking hardly in the street next to their shop. I walked up to their shop, two guys were sitting outside the shop office, I approached one guy( probably name Michael) and asked him if he was working there, he looked at me and then totally ignored me with evil look. I then approached the bold head guy whose name for sure was Mike. He looking down said to me whats up, very rudly. (I was devasted that why I came to that place wasted $16 for toll and mileage on my car). I explained it to him that one of the Chey representative gave me your name and location address and that my car was next to his shop litteraly 5 steps from where he was sitting. He rudly said to me that I have to bring my car to the front of the shop. When Looked around noticed that it was a one way and that i had to go almost one mile to take U-turn and bring my car to the front of the store. When I came back with my car front of the shop notice that there was not much space to park my car parell to the street. I was just parking it and the guy who origanlly ignored me when I asked him, if he was working there, he came out litterly screaming, parked it here, park it here. He looked so mad( his face was red, that showed me that he was racist), because I had accent. I parked the car and Mike came in and looked at the car and said I quoted only for the door if there is more than just a door he said he would charge me more, I did not even let me speak. I then said to him thank you and left stataing I would drop off my car another day. These two gentlemen made my feel so scared and I thought that I probably get shot if I say anything etc. I would never recommend to anyone this place especially a dark skin person, no ladies at all very scary place:(

I just had my car serviced by All City Collision and I was baffled by the exceptional service that I received from this establishment. If 10 Star was an option, I would give them 10/10. It’s not everyday that you visit a Collission center aka Auto Bodyshop and you leave with such a positive impression that you cannot wait to tell your friends and family about it. They are certified Tesla and Mercedes shop and they really do own up to the exceptional mark that these manufacturers hold in our automative lives as they provide excellence in their luxury cars and experience. Thank you Erick for your hospitality and remarkable service provided. I recommend this facility for their clean environment, hospitality and exceptional experience they provide while your car is being worked on. Appreciate it. - Ari Gold
