We were very impressed with the personal and honest service - both a Ian and Russell were really polite, articulate and pleasant. The car was presented in pristine condition and we were treated in a professional and respectful manner. We were not given a hard sell - but we were happy to buy from them - we were given every assurance that we could contact them if we had any problems. Excellent experience all round.
