Have just bought my second bike from Allens E Bikes.
As before Dave made the purchase feel very personal from test ride to delivery.
I chose the BGB Buffalo and am delighted with it.
I can't recommend Dave and his team highly enough, you won't be disapointed.

Absolutely incredible service from David. I picked up a 750w warthog from the shop through my works cycle to work scheme, Dave made the process feel effortless and took care of absolutely everything. The day i went to go and pick up my bike, David kept the shop open later than usual to allow me to go and collect my bike after i finished work. The bike had all the attachments i requested fitted by Dave on my arrival and the bike was also fully charged and ready to ride. Massive thank you to Dave and the rest of the team. Amazing service, would highly recommend if you are looking for a new E-bike.

Very friendly and expert advice, and a great after-sales service. After a few days my bike developed a problem (a manufacturing defect with one of the components). Dave went out of his way to resolve this as quickly as possible for me. He even delivered the bike to my front door, all fixed and ready to ride! I would recommend Allen's E-Bikes to anyone.

Had the bike I wanted when it was out of stock everywhere else. Set at a price that was right. Sent it all the way to Edinburgh at no extra cost which was ideal. Absolutely great customer service and impeccable communication at every stage.

We have been looking at folding bikes to take away with us, Allen’s has lots of bikes and they had no problem letting us test ride. We visited twice narrowing things down, it was no problem and we don’t even order then. Taking our time to reach the final decision between Mirider and Estarli, both fantastic bikes and suited our purposes. I couldn’t actually decide between them, it was my husband that decided we should have the Miriders. Ordered on Tuesday lunchtime and a phone call Saturday to say the bikes were ready. Great! We have just collected them, our choice they offered to deliver, couldn’t be more pleased great service from this little high street shop. Thoroughly worth traveling from Northampton for, definitely recommend them.

Dave made the process of choosing a new e-bike really easy. We tried a good number of them from the shop’s large range in a nice quiet area of road behind the shop (there aren’t many cars there at all!).
The range caters to different budgets, and the accessories were good too.
All in all an excellent experience with someone who is really experienced.
Thoroughly recommended.

Can highly recommend Allens E Bikes.
Dave very helpful, no pushy sales. We travelled from Stafford to visit the shop after watching a you tube video on this bike. We were able to try a number of bikes , riding around the town to make sure we were making the right choice. We ordered 2 bikes in July and picked them up today.

For mobility reasons my e-bike purchase needed modifications - some of which Dave was making for the first time. I had a few issue and it was totally sorted by Allen’s E-BIKES. Very happy with the service and outcome.

Last week I bought a Shark Mako, this followed several visits to the shop where I had spoken with them and tried out several bikes. I had spotted the shark on their review videos, so had a rundown on it at the shop and a trial ride around the town. A good discussion of the pros (many) and the cons (few) of the Shark and chose it. It was delivered to my house 10 miles or so away, later that afternoon and the person delivering it was from the shop and made sure I was all good with it. Overall a very pleasant purchasing experience and am pleased with the bike.
