Atekhiti was very prompt. We had a hole that had not been covered and he covered it. He checked all the traps and explained how to address a new location the rodents have found. He was done in about 30 min and I was able to go back to work

Very nice young man. He found where the rodents had eaten through a wire guard and said he fixed the problem with stronger wire mesh. However, one week later the rodents (probably racoon) had eaten through the wire again. Result is that problem was not really solved.

so far, so good! He put mesh over some exterior holes and set traps in the attic. I don't look forward to having to wait for a "smell", and I haven't heard any pitter patter up there, so I'm hoping for the best. I really appreciate the 3 year warranty; we're a little over one year in and appreciate the quick service.

For three years after we first had Alley Cat come out and seal up our house, we saw no signs of rats, but recently some managed to push aside several of the screens AC installed then, so they got back into the crawlspace under our house. Today Luisvin came out right at the scheduled time, checked everything, installed new screens on all the vents, and added foam around them. All looks it will do the job for years to come!
