Couldn’t have been better. Fredy and crew arrived when expected and the whole day went very smoothly. They were professional and their work was impeccable. This kind of work can be disruptive, but these guys made it great. They clearly know what they are doing. Fredy put me at ease from the start. Augusto and his partner did a great job. Augusto explained everything thoroughly and was friendly, professional and considerate. They took care to keep my house clean and were very thorough in evicting my unwanted guests, cleaning my spaces and placing new insulation.

The repairman came to replace the broken attic "door". I expected he would just cut some plywood and ask me to paint it, but he had neutral paint and took care of it all. I was pleasantly surprised!

Alley Cat may cost more than other services, but it is worth every penny. The team was extremely thorough and I’m sure my problem has been solved. I now know why they’re number one.

The technician walked me through what was being done and was courteous. He was a little hard to understand because of his accent but did explain to my satisfaction.

I appreciate that I had a consultation and was show before and after pictures. I was given an estimate and good communication of what caused the problem. Juan and crew helped to seal up areas of my mom that I couldn’t see. Most importantly I was able to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. The workers cleaned up afterwards which I really appreciated.

Hugo gave us a detailed explanation of how the day would go and what work would be done. All of the guys were friendly and helpful, and answered any questions we had. They all got straight to work, and were efficient and tidy.

Augusto was very communicative, thoroughly addressed our problem areas, and even pointed out a few things we may want to fix in the future and showed us photo evidence to support the work done or potential future work.
