Unable to return my product
Purchase process was kind of fine. Had to wait a bit longer for it to get to Bulgaria. Afterwards when I got the package I removed the little plastic seal on the handle of the racket to just hold it and test it properly in my hand. It wasn’t what I needed so I want to return it but their website says you can return them if you have this plastic seal removed, which means I am stuck now with the racket.
