Order cancelled without replacement offers
I ordered a racket 8 days ago. The racket was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 days which was shared in the confirmation mail. After not receiving anything, this morning I received an email saying the product is out of stock so they cancel the order. The refund of the payment will take up to 15 days. No replacement offer, no discount code or anything. Adidas will not be an option anymore.

The refund is processed immediately once the cancellation is confirmed. Although we inform customers that it may take up to 15 days (as stated in our general terms), we always try to prioritise refunds for out-of-stock orders.

Have been forced to paid twice price
The rackets have beent ordered to USA, and the customer clearance had been extremely high. I’ve paid the twice price for my order. At check out time there was no any indication that will be any extra payment. You robe me by this order. Moreover the padels made in China, which make the order even cheaper than it costs. Dissatisfied at all.

Import charges, cannot refund if not paid
They did not mention import charges to the UK, and when requested to return, they denied saying non-refundable, so I was forced to pay the import taxes, I feel it was unfair and unjust to do so.

Adidas Padel Bats - please avoid due to poor quality.
I have purchased two Adidas Padel bats and both have developed cracks at the interface of the face at the side of the bat (at about 10 O’Clock). Please note that ADIDAS MAKE VERY POOR QUALITY BATS. When you claim for a refund they just say that it was down to misuse. The bats are just not up to it for hard hitting players. Buy Nox, Wilson or Babolat instead.
