I like AllGifts, please improve shop list!
I like AllGifts, but I think the list of shops can be improved MASSIVELY. More local independent shops should be in there, and the options for grocery shopping are quite limited (Dunnes, Tesco only). Also, for Dunnes you have to get the physical card instead of a code or something online - this is a tad wasteful in my opinion... but that's about it. Otherwise, very trustworthy service (my company sends us vouchers through AllGifts, so I presume this is as legit as it gets)

Ordered a chocolate hamper on 24th Sept has not arrived yet sent numerous emails no response . It said takes 3-5 working days .wasnt expecting it to be much longer .They sent out wrong hamper.They said will collect hamper and give me a refund still waiting . Will not use this company again.very bad customer care service .

To much waiting and filling out forms only to be told that my voucher was no good in Northern Ireland costa when I specifically came to this website became it advertised for Northern Ireland as I had already purchased one elsewhere which did not work but at least there was less forms to fill in and I received the e voucher instantly

Waiting for 10 days for an order…Eventually got the Amazon eVouchers. Not a great experience but at least it turned out fine in the end.
Waiting for 10 days for an order (eVoucher from Amazon) made on Sat 28/08/20. Loads of excuses but no eVoucher. Simply diabolical service. I am concerned that my €480 may be lost !!!!
