Just been dealing with a person called Uceey. I signed up for this from a Misleading advert for a hot tub on Facebook. Stupidly I believed it and signed up and then realised I had signed up a membership with this company. Anyway, contacted them today and the kind person has cancelled my membership. I will be refunded in full in the next couple of weeks. I hope they keep their word and refund me because the assistance I got was very good. Uceey has told me the company do not offer hot tubs so will be investigating this further.

Scammers! Beware!
Really bad experience with these people. I was prompted via scam email to click on a delivery company and pay for clearance. Tund out that when you do this, these crooks sign you up for a subscription without your permission, and start withdrawing money from your account, all without permission and illegal. When you email them to cancel, they respond fast, however they force you to write them a good review here, and only then they will refund you. WHich of course is not clear if they would as these are bullies and scammers.
Do not agree on any of this, and know that all reviews here are fake as they force people to write 4-5 starts in order to refund. Never seen such crooks and thieves

They charged us for a double fee that was supposed to be for the purchase of a backpack. And then they take money from your account every few days.It is a scam be careful.
