I’m incredibly pleased with the assistance I received from the Escalation Team. They were attentive to my concerns and consistently provided fast responses. The customer service rep was great at cancelling my account however I do not know how I signed up to this company in the first place hence the 3 stars. 5 stars to the customer service rep though
