Was delivered and I was not home
Was delivered and I was not home. Received notice from courier and requested they delivery on Thursday 30 April which as I would be home all day. They delivered second time on Tuesday 28th April and guess what I was not home. As this was the second delivery I have to pick it up. Called them and asked for it to be delivered on Friday 1st May. Told would have to pay $5.50 said that is ok as the facility is 30 minutes drive from where I live. Not delivered on the 1st May. This is all too much trouble for a $30.00 hedge trimmer service kit. Will mot be ordering again from you. I hope somehow I st least get this order delivered to me.
Hope you can help. Im home this Thursday 7th May it can be delivered then please. Or I give permission for it to be left at front door. I have cameras monitoring so have no issue with it being left when not home.

We can only provide Authority to Leave if we are explicitly requested to do so prior to booking the delivery, however we will attempt to have this delivery left if they can't meet the delivery date.
