Not giving me much confident
I arrived and although you have the product but the main parts, the charger and manual came from separate locations and have to be searched to be found. I didn't get the manual as the guy could not find one. Not exactly the Gold Standard, is it?

Our manuals and parts for the tools are stored in our storeroom, not on display with the tools. However, in this instance, it looks like the manual and parts had been stored in the wrong location but were later found.

Fast Delivery
I ordered the slugger cold saw blades after my nearest stockist only had lower quality blades that were dearer than Feins list price. I was googling the blades and saw Alliance Hardware, they had them in stock, price was good, so ordered. This was on a Tuesday afternoon while I was waiting for a doctors appointment.
Arrived Thursday morning by courier. Excellent service as I am in East Gippsland and everything is 2 days from Melbourne including a change in couriers.

Best Price - Best Service
I was looking for a specific tool and found Alliance Hardware had the cheapest price, by a fair margin too. I have to be honest and say I was a bit sceptical at first but reading other customers reviews put my mind at ease. I emailed shop with a few queries prior to purchase and received replies same day, answering all my concerns. I purchased tool online on Saturday and received it today (Tuesday). From Melbourne to Sydney I may add. I would like to thank Paul and the team for a fantastic service all round. Now I know why their reviews are so high.
