A brilliant and professional service from start to finish. Alliance jewels were brilliant in helping design and make the engagement ring I proposed with and my fiance absolutely loves the ring. Having spent some time searching for the right jeweller to make my bespoke engagement ring I came across Alliance and was amazed by the super fast service and friendly helpful customer service.

Having made a very specific request they were able to offer a CAD design swiftly and very reasonably priced compared to other Hatton Garden jewellers.

Once I collected my ring I was amazed by the preciseness and level of craftsmanship.

The design process started promptly after part payment, and once I approved the design, the production was completed in less time than estimated. I received it in time for my 3rd-year wedding anniversary, and I'm completely obsessed with this ring – it's exactly what I wanted.

I couldn’t recommend Alliance Jewels more. The service to the quality, the whole process was seamless and stress free. Suhail was amazing, always responsive and proactive in sending updates. He went above and beyond, suggesting purchasing sample rings and even sending links when it wasn’t convenient to come in and he accommodated every possible request I had. The box the ring comes in also adds a wow factor.

We had such an amazing experience from start to finish with Suhail. My partner and I travelled from Cardiff to London to visit him with very little knowledge about diamonds but Suhail explained everything and after asking for our budget and the design we had in mind he was able to create a stunning bridal set for me and wedding band for my husband with amazing quality and craftsmanship. A really lovely person to talk to, honest and trustworthy, amazing at communicating. He updated us at every stage of the rings, from confirming design to them actually being brought to life. As we aren’t from London he even took time out of his family holiday to meet us to deliver the rings. Such an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone. The rings themselves are absolutely stunning, quality is amazing and the way they shine, just wow! I’ve had so many comments from family and friends saying how they have never seen a ring like this before! 10/10 service, very happy!

They have the most beautiful diamond and bands I have seen, also they can create a unique piece that the other’s jeweller out there did not want to make because it is “too hard”. Definitely my go to!

Working with the team at Alliance to design my engagement ring & wedding band was an absolute dream! The team has a very personal approach to their work and I felt in very safe hands from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable about diamonds, and work to a very fast turnaround.

Once you have your design, the team will send you a wax model so that you know exactly how the ring will look and feel before it goes into production - very unique! I could not recommend any better jeweller in London or anywhere else in Europe.
