I recently got in touch with alliance jewels to get my engagement ring and I’m so glad I chose them to make my ring.

They found the perfect diamond within my budget. I received my ring today and I am blown away with how beautiful it is.

It’s more perfect than I imagined and can’t wait to order my wedding band with them.

Found them on instagram, but the whole service was excellent. I had a short timeline for an upgrade of my engagement ring but he made it work! He communicated throughout the process, carried me along and also helped me make choices where I wasn’t sure. He explained everything I needed to know about my ring. Very courteous and wonderful service.
When I wear my ring, I glow. My co workers even asked where I got my ring from

I got engaged last August, and for a whole year I’ve been searching for a jeweller who could make my dream ring. I followed so many companies on Instagram and visited so many jewellery shops, but I just didn’t feel any of them were right for me - until I found Suhail at Alliance Jewels!
I cannot recommend him enough, we went to London to meet Suhail, he put us at ease immediately. He taught us all about diamonds and then he listened to what I thought I would like. Suhail has so much knowledge and experience and he was able to tell me what would work and what wouldn’t.
He kept me updated throughout the whole process and when my ring arrived yesterday it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! It’s honestly everything I have ever wanted. I can’t wait to come back to Alliance Jewels for my wedding band (and an eternity band too!)

Couldn’t ask for better service! I had been following Alliance for a while and loved everything they were posting. So when my partner proposed I knew exactly where I was going. Suhail was quick to respond to all queries and happy to make changes where needed. My ring arrived within 2 weeks and I can’t believe how good the quality is. Absolutely over the moon with the ring my boyfriend got me for my birthday that Alliance has created! From the start to finish, it’s been an amazing experience, Alliance has been very helpful, responsive and has a good eye to capture what we wanted! I’m so in love with the ring it’s so beautiful. There’s always a fear of placing an order online incase it’s a scam or the product looks totally different when it arrives but alliance jewels? Let me extinguish any worries or doubt about this company and Suhail in particular. He has been absolutely phenomenal throughout the very second I messaged them via instagram. Not just that but every stage of making my perfect ring Suhail had sent me updates and pictures of the whole process. The delivery was super fast and I was given an estimated delivery date but it was way before that I had my perfect ring in my hand. Everything this business told me, had happened right on time as well. No lies no dishonesty or misleading. Honestly every business should have customer service like this, this is where I don’t feel bad for spending ££££ on my ring because it was absolutely worth it. It’s been over a month since my fiancé popped the question and not only was I elated that he did, he did it with my dream ring!!

If I could give a 6/5 I would! These guys are 2nd to none on, customer service, delivery and the quality of ring. Everything ran so smooth and all planned out just the way I wanted it for the best surprise ring for my now fiancé. I spoke to Alliance through Instagram and got responses within in the hour never after even late at night & early morning. Most friendly people and I never had a question they couldn’t answer. They are a credit to them selves and I will 100% be using them again and would recommend these guys to absolutely anyone and everyone. The perfect ring and the perfect jewellers around. Five star service from Alliance from start to finish. Delighted I chose them for my fiancés engagement ring and we will undoubtedly be back for our wedding bands in the near future. I had a rough idea of what I was looking for but I was helped through the process and shown my ring step by step from design to manufacturing to the final ring presentation when I met Suhail in the wonderful Hatton Garden. I was helping a friend of Mine propose to his partner and I knew exactly what I wanted for her. He had been showing me all sorts of rings - very expensive ones from highstreet chains and I did not like any of them - we were running out of time but I knew the EXACT ring she would want. I started my search on instagram Alliance Jewels had created the exact ring. We had 12 days until the proposal and it stated they did not stock rings. By sheer luck Suhail had this one stocked and we needed it re-sized! He re-sized it within a day and I travelled to Hatton Gardens to collect it. Meeting him was a joy he was so lovely and kind and patient. He was lovely to my children and He let me try on another ROCK that was there which outstanding. He was also designing the most beautiful ring for another customer and showed me. Now lets talk about the ring I picked up! WOW just wow- it blew me away when I opened the box it was absolutely stunning, elegant and the person who received the ring absolutely loves it. The ring was a near 2ct Hidden Halo radiant cut it phenominal. I wanted to run away with it. haha AND THE BEST PART - when you go to a diamond designer like Suhail you will get SO MUCH MORE DIAMOND for your money. When you start looking at named brands from highstreet chains (vera wang etc) you get the same generic ring as others, you get less diamond and you pay through the nose. This is the best way having a designer make it and tweak it to your requirements. I have even asked Suhail to re-design my own engagement ring and received CAD drawings yesterday. He also does all sorts of jewellery on request / bespoke pieces and will send you CAD designs of the whole process it. He sent me the Original CAD of the Engagement ring I picked up and videos of it being re-sized and polished. I was dubious about an instagram find- but having turned up to his office in Hatton Gardens which had security outside it was an amazing experience as a whole. I will use him so much more in the future for any special event and my Partner took his card and hoping he will use his services this christmas haha. Overall would highly recommend him and Alliance Jewellers to anyone now and thank you so much again !!

The best of the best! When choosing a jeweller for my wife, I was really looking for service. Sohail changed the game. His service was second to none. The ring itself was immaculate and he also helped her design a ring for me. I honestly cant recommend him enough. His services deserve alot more recognition. May Allah bless his business with more barakah and more than he has done for me and my wife.

I came across Alliance jewels on IG and loved their worked so decided i’d message them and they replied near enough straight away where as others took days! this itself made me want to continue my journey with them. I got my engagement ring and it’s quite literally the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. They were amazing with their updates every single time there was something new added they would show and let me know. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS DONE IN 10 DAYS. They went above and beyond to make sure I had it ready before we went on holiday. I will be coming back to get my wedding band and my partners from here. I’m honestly so so happy with the whole service i received and would recommend to anyone considering. 10/10 everything.
