Excellent customer service and an honest jeweller in Hatton Garden

Alliance Jewels in Hatton Garden really make you feel like a VIP when you choose to shop with them. The whole process from the initial enquiry to WhatsApp chat, selecting ring designs and diamonds, to placing the order was excellent.

They work with your budget and really do get the best for you. My fiancées wedding and engagement rings arrived today and the VS/VVS diamonds look amazing - they also come with certificates to certify the diamonds - for your peace of mind.

Absolutely amazing service and the ring speaks for itself. It is stunning! Made to perfection and stunning craftsmanship. The customer service has been amazing especially as I was a very fussy customer yet they answered all my questions and gave me exactly what I wanted. No complaints whatsoever.

As I was stressed, as I didn’t have my wedding ring yet, but he came through and helped me design my beautiful wedding ring and got my ring delivered within two weeks.

I honestly can’t fathom the service we received at alliance jewels. I was really worried with what jeweller to go for me and my husbands wedding bands, but alliance jewels smashed it out the bag. not only did he give us the best deals, we got the best service you can buy & you can tell he is a very genuine person. He took us along the process with him & he made sure everything was perfect and gave us his honest opinions. Honestly cant thank him enough. I hope his business receives more recognition because he deserves it!

THE MOST PERFECT RING!! Where do I even begin. I first came across Alliance Jewels on instagram and I was a bit sceptical to say the least. But this team, the quick responses, The Alliance team has been transparent, approachable and reassuring the whole process documenting each stage, keeping me in the loop which is super important when you’re spending so much money! He worked within the budget, me being the pickiest human I was bombarding him with questions, different designs I like, pave or non pave, oval or solitaire, he created CAD designs within literally minutes for the designs I liked. Sending me wax prototypes of the different band widths as I was unsure and the oval/solitaire. I’ve never come across such phenomenal customer service, it’s literally such a bespoke service. Suhail makes you feel at ease and doesn’t make you feel like your budget is too small at all! I can’t stop looking at my ring; the way it glistens and sparkles, I’m in LOVE with it! The cut and finish is impeccable! The best decision I made was to go for this company, and I will definitely be ordering more!!

I gave him a few ideas for the design, and in a few hours had the cad render of how it would look when it was finished.

Initially we were quite skeptical about purchasing such an expensive ring online without seeing the ring physically. However we’re so happy we did because Suhail at Alliance did not disappoint and honestly met every single expectation we had. I never expected such incredible service from an online company and I thought it was too good to be true as I had several doubts but Suhail proved me wrong. Once I confirmed I wanted to go ahead he supported me to choose the best diamond for me in terms of cut, colour, clarity and carat. Throughout the process he was there at any time of the day or night to answer every single question I had. He kept us updated with pictures and videos, nothing was ever too much hassle and I felt very supported and informed throughout my journey of creating the most perfect ring! Amazing! They’re very quick to respond, knowledgeable, give good advice and have integrity. The experience was seamless from initiation to finish and the men’s band I ordered was perfect, my other half loves it!! I sent it back for a minor alteration and it was returned the next day- super quick turnaround! They’re also very reasonably priced compared to others and will help find what it is you need! I would very highly recommend and I’m glad I gave them a chance! :)

After searching for a few months for a new engagement ring I finally decided on alliance jewels.
I got a computer generated picture of my ring and gave the go ahead to start production. A few weeks later after multiple pictures and videos of my ring being made it was delivered. It’s more than I imagined and I’m in love with my ring.

Truly a bespoke service! Got my wife a special eternity band from alliance jewels and they were amazing, she designed it and got lots of help from alliance jewels(suhail) to Make sure she was getting a quality product, prototypes were made until she was happy with the final design, we were kept informed and educated throughout the whole process, very happy with the service and the quality of the final ring, thank you alliance jewels we will definitely be returning to you when we need quality diamonds x x x
