Infuriating self-serve policy management
Encourages self-serve online, but the options once logged-in are very limited and you cannot possibly manage the policy fully. It's then difficult to find contact details, and the promoted "live chat" is absolutely woeful. Scripted chatbot which only understand about 5 prompts, like something from the 90s. Clearly can't be bothered investing in a licence for a proper LLM or AI agent.

Obtaining a New Home Insurance Policy online
I have been able to obtain a new Home Insurance Policy online in a straight forward manner once appropriate enquiries had been made also on line. I do prefer to have Policy Documentation in printed form (call me old fashioned) but that is my only reservation. James M Hunter

Taking payment early…
My payment was not due until the 14th of May but you tried to take it on the 12th May when there was insufficient funds to cover it. What is the point of asking me tto choose a date & then trying to take payment earlier.
