I have recently contracted Allianz Direct for my car insurance. They ignored the 10 years of damage free years droven and put it at 1 instead. Increasing the premuim by more than 50%. Trying to get this foxed for almost two months now, but it is impossible to get in touch. The only way to connect is apping with a stupid chatbit that is unable to solve the issue (obviously) and talking to a human is made impossible. They don't reapond to e-mail either. Terrible customer service.

The worst car insurance ever. They didn't want to help me with my case because of the small error in filled damage report document. I can't even describe how bad they are, If I can put minus 10 I would do that. They only want to take money from you but never want to help you.

I am absolutely appalled by the experience I've had with Allianz Direct's solar panel coverage. Their service has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone considering this insurance company to look elsewhere.
Firstly, their customer service is atrocious. Getting through to a representative is an exercise in futility. Long wait times (40 Minutes minimum) endless transfers, and disinterested agents who clearly lack any knowledge about the products they are supposed to be supporting. It's clear that Allianz Direct values profits over providing a decent customer experience.
But the worst part is their actual solar panel coverage – or the lack thereof. When I filed a claim after my solar panels were damaged in a storm, I expected a straightforward process. Instead, I was met with endless red tape and ridiculous requirements. They nitpicked every detail, looking for any possible loophole to deny my claim. It took weeks of back-and-forth just to get a response, and when they finally did, it was to inform me that my claim was denied due to some obscure clause buried in the fine print.
The policy itself is a joke. They market it as comprehensive coverage for your solar panels, but in reality, it covers almost nothing. They have so many exclusions and limitations that it's practically worthless. What is the point of paying for insurance if it doesn't cover you when you need it the most?
To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to increase my premium after denying my claim, citing the very incident that they refused to cover as the reason. It's blatant profiteering at the expense of their customers.
In conclusion, Allianz Direct is a disgraceful insurance company that fails to deliver on its promises. Their solar panel coverage is a scam designed to fleece unsuspecting customers. Save yourself the headache and choose a reputable insurer who actually stands by their coverage. Allianz Direct is the worst choice you could make for protecting your solar investment.

Friendly company. The customer service representative answered my question. I got a car insurance with them.
I will switch my other insurances with them. House insurance they have, but I do not know if they have health insurance or motorcycle insurance, I'll check next year if all goes well.
