Horrible

Horrible. I never got my order and they said they sent it to someone else’s name and address and would not give my money back. Also PayPal would not give my money back. Now I will report the company to the better business bureau and anyone else who will listen. I heard that Ali express responds if a complaint is done. Can’t believe this business is able to function. I saw a lot of reviews with people having my same problem. And some never get their money back. $200 is too much to pay and not get an item. Ridiculous.

Allied Express dropped our pallet of…

Allied Express dropped our pallet of goods off the forklift, smashing 8k of product. They say 'oh well sucks to be you' because you didn't take out warranty so no compensation for you. Allied Express were negligent and even told their staff 'shhh, don't tell anyone'. 29/3/2025 Update - since abandoning Allied we've never been so happier. Found other couriers that are fantastic for us. We are now using Freightmate and Couriers Please Direct. So if you're having nightmare experiences with Allied, I highly recommend ditching them just as we did. You'll be much better off both financially and mentally!

Avoid at all cost. Dispute transaction if they are your courier.

review updated. Just launched credit card dispute with your financial institution. Don't waste your time chasing parcels if they are delivered by allied express or sellers choose to use their service. I wish I can give negative stars. Items still not received. I finally got on hold of them on the phone. They claimed that the items have been delivered with a signature and a lady with last name wolf took the parcels.

This is an Asian household and no on has that last name. They then claimed that actually the seller authorized them to leave onsite and there is nothing they can do about it.

Leaving onsite does not equal to delivery with signature. They just bluntly lied on the phone and finished the conversation.

In future, I will launch credit card dispute as soon as I found out any seller of my online shopping uses Allied express. hopefully this gives a loud message to both the seller and the courier.

I had two online shopping completely screwed up by the last mile courier.

To those reading the review, the following is a letter I sent to Allied Express regarding one of my online order.

to Allied Express,

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with your service regarding the delivery of my parcel (Tracking Number: AOE11943613Q).

Your tracking system claims the parcel was delivered on 20th January 2025. This is absolutely false.

I have thoroughly reviewed my security camera footage of all entries of my property, and there was no delivery attempt made at my property on the stated date.

Furthermore, I want to emphasize that I did not authorize the parcel to be left onsite under any circumstances. Therefore, if the parcel was left at the address claimed, it was done so wrongfully, likely to the wrong house and the wrong person.

Adding to this frustration, your service has already exceeded the expected delivery timeframe by more than 48 hours (was meant to be delivered by 17th Jan 2025, after the date had been delayed twice already).

I have also informed the seller about this issue.

I demand that you:

Locate my parcel and deliver it to the correct address.

If the parcel is lost, provide a full refund of the item value, along with any applicable compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Please address this issue as soon as you can, and provide a resolution without further delay.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response or resolution by 21st Jan 2025 5.30 pm, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further.

I expect your prompt response to resolve this matter without further escalation.

Late delivery. And a bad tracking system.

If you get a choice of courier, do not pick this company. They were 5 business days late with my order. Their tracking system does not update enough, plus the updates are not very specific. My order was in good condition though and the customer service line representative I talked to was very friendly and thorough though.

Very bad company for quality of service. Should be a shame running a business in providing service. If can’t even do bare minimum of a decent communication to the customer. If you can others company please do so and save yourself and headache and stress dealing with this people. They proudly just don’t care!

Worst delivery company ever

Worst delivery company ever, this company should have there ABN taken away! Ordered an aircon outdoor unit arrived damaged like it was thrown off the truck, sent this back and then got sent the wrong one, then sent this back and my new replacement was then lost. Was told it was delivered on the 23rd December by the customer team, I told them it wasn’t delivered as I was home all day. No proof of delivery could be supplied, just rocked up randomly today two weeks later! What a joke don’t use this incompetent company as the chances are you will also have drama’s!

Do yourself a favour - hire wild animals to kick your deliveries to your house.ything to add that…

I don't have anything to add that hasn't already been written about this utterly useless business. In the past month alone, they have damaged, beyond repair, a shipment from NineBot and have seemingly lost another large, expensive package from another company. I have submitted an enquiry but have not heard anything for 5 days.
Your core business is delivering stuff. How the hell can you get this so wrong and why the hell do companies insist on using your services?
It is telling that my broken package was collected for return by FedEx and not by these clowns.
I wouldn't trust Allied Express to deliver bad news much less pay them to carry goods of value.

This company has no idea what they are…

This company has no idea what they are doing.
Their customer service officer tells me my parcel is in the Sydney depot, the tracking and trace website says they have it in the depot.Yet an email from company says they do not have my parcel.
Where is it? Do not trust this company and I would discourage any organization from using them and to try another courier service.
I would give zero stars if I could.

This is the worst freight company in…

This is the worst freight company in Australia.
I've had a parcel just sitting in their state arrival depot for a week - Christmas is five days away.
Due to be delivered on the 16th originally, I am now being told it might be sent out in the next week, and will most likely not arrive for Christmas - and it has all my presents for my family in it.
Multiple calls to the company have not seen the package move from the depot. They make it very clear they do not care.
The multiple low star ratings for this company are spot on. They are falsely representing their ability to transport freight in an acceptable time frame. Their system for dealing with problems is broken, and they do not care.

Easily the worst courier!

Easily the worst courier service in Australia. If I could give 0 stars I would. This review is from the point of view of a retailer. They pick up orders, take longer than any other couriers to deliver and regularly leave customers wondering where their purchases are. The biggest scam they have going is drivers saying they attempted delivery. However when customers with surveillance on their property check. There was no attempt.

Worst Courier Service in Australia

Probably the most amateur Courier service in Australia.
Total losers in every respect. They are great at taking your delivery charges but just hopeless in delivering in a reasonable time. They picked up a small package from Sydney for delivery to Canberra on the 9th Dec 2024. Tracking tells that the parcel arrived in Canberra on 11th Dec. Its now 5pm on 18th December and still no sign of the goods. Sent them an enquiry 2 days ago and still no reply.Dont now know when/if I will ever see the parcel. Will NEVER use them again and I'd suggest you shouldn't use them either.

If only Trustpilot had a Zero star rating.

I've been tracking my parcel ( courier company chosen by online store) and it says it arrived at the nearest depot 9 days ago. I've spent 3 hours on the phone trying to reach customer service at Allied Express with my longest waiting time of 20 minutes. No one answers...EVER! I've also sent an online enquiry-also not answered and just sent another email.
My experience of most courier companies (except AUspost) has been bad but at least they usually answer the phones, even if they give an excuse!
If it was my choice, I would never use this company.

shut down their service in our city and left us dangling without any clue as to where and what courier is handling their service here. Another service helped me track them down. We had to pick up our package which they said had been there for a while and buried under other boxes. Shame on you Allied Express!

Worst experience ever.

Giving a 1 Star because I cannot give them 0. The worst experience I've ever had with a Courier. Total lack of communication between their customer service and logistics, and also with the client. Failed to deliver on the estimated date, failed to deliver again on another 2 days they promise they would, and when it finally got delivered, they refused to get my item in my unit as they didn't want to lift it and the truck driver advised they were only hired to leave at the door. The poorest service I've ever had and would recommend avoiding them at all costs.

This Company is a disgrace and should not be in business. They told me they did not deliver and then told me they did deliver . Well they didn’t deliver . They were supposed to knock on my door and get a signature . Well there was know signature as there was no delivery, they treated me line I was an imbecile.

Violent treatment of everyone's packages by delivery driver.

Writing this for my neighbour.
I just witnessed an Allied Express truck deliver 2 packages to their unit, where the middled-aged guy inside the back of the truck was muttering to himself while slamming their packages roughly onto the little trolley, and then proceeded to rearrange other packages large and small inside the truck by throwing them, slamming them around, and punching them as well. This man should be fired for behaving so unprofessionally, but given all the other reviews of the company here, i'm sure he won't be.

* NOTE:
I will say, i did not see the younger offsider guy mistreat the packages further as he left them by my neigbour's door.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Amazing customer service

It’s’Above and beyond’ service. Kudos and a very big ‘thank you’ to Christy, Supervisor extraordinaire who also has amazing customer service. I’m so sad to hear of some peoples bad experience with Allied. I did have an issue but I followed up and received amazing service.
On a Thursday, I found my delivery had been returned to their depot, it should have been left at my front door but because of the extraordinary ‘rain’ we had been having the Courier had decided to keep it onboard rather than risk it being damaged. I had stipulated the delivery to be ‘left’ as it was an item that was being used asap. This was on a Thursday. I had originally been told that there was a Gold Coast depot that it would have been taken to, so I had resigned myself to going and picking it up. I rang at 8am Friday morning and got put through to the Brisbane branch, only to be told that it wouldn’t be delivered till Monday. Having further asked to speak to a Supervisor, Chrissy explained that there was NO Gold Coast depot and they shouldn’t have told me that as it was returned back to Brisbane. I live at Tweed Heads. I was so upset and partly angry as I had left instructions to leave the rather large item at the front door. Christy calmly explained about the Couriers sometimes getting into trouble by leaving items when asked only to have them damaged eg weather. All this I totally understood but I had a pretty safe dry spot for them to leave it. Christy was so nice…. The Gold Coast Courier had already left but She asked me to leave it with her and she would try to get it sent (specially) back to me… not only did I receive my parcel that day, I was kept in the loop on its progress. I do get deliveries from Allied express from other dealers as well and have never had an issue. Usually if I’m home I always get a cheery ‘hello delivery’. If you send a package, maybe look to Allied Express for that little bit of extra service and fantastic piece of mind. Thanks again Christy. Hope you are appreciated there.
