Excellent service provided
My experience with Allied has been very good, from being able to contact them easily to make arrangements and getting quick answers to any questions. They were always very helpful throughout the process.
Chris Hutchings, the surveyor, was professional throughout, taking all relevant considerations into account during the survey. He was polite, courteous, and respectful of my property.
I felt confident in the quality of the report and would highly recommend Allied and his services.

Valution for my home
Very polite boss and the staff were also polite and helpful ..and I was made to feel at ease ....the gentleman who came round respected my home. That's extra marks in my book.. the company was very helpful ..as they were very busy ..and I asked if I could have a nearer date on valution ok my property

Failed to turn up for valuation - didn’t appear to care
Booked a valuation via this company. Booking was easy enough however whoever was responsible for allocating the surveyor’s time ‘forgot’ to put the booking in their diary, meaning they didn’t turn up and I had to reschedule. This wasn’t good enough as I’d already had to wait a few weeks for an appointment and had taken time off work to be present. I couldn’t make the rescheduled appointment so had to rely on family to be present. The valuation was for my mums house, who passed away in July, and it has been a highly stressful process dealing with her estate, especially while heavily pregnant. So, I didn’t need this incompetence. When I called to ask why the surveyor hadn’t turn up, the apology was lacklustre and the person on the phone didn’t show much care or empathy - it was simply you’ll need to reschedule, as if it was my mistake! I even asked if they would consider reducing the cost as they couldn’t accommodate and was told simply ‘no’. They then failed to send a confirmation for the rescheduled appointment which didn’t fill me with confidence.
The two stars is for the surveyor who, when he eventually showed up, conducted the job quickly and efficiently and offered his apologies for the previous inconvenience. However, I would be reluctant to use this company again as they come across as unorganised, showed little understanding and offered no accommodation despite this being very much their fault. Very disappointing, especially given my already stressful circumstances.

Straightforward and efficient.
It was easy to speak with staff at the office via telephone, who proved to be helpful.
The surveyor was prompt, pleasant and completed the site survey efficiently. The property valuation report was provided in a matter of hours afterwards.
