Great service and very quick repor
I recently used Allied Surveyors for my Help to Buy valuation and had a really good experience.
The surveyor was friendly, professional and explained exactly what he was doing during the visit. He also explained that the valuation would be based on comparable properties sold in the last 12 months, which gave me confidence in the process.
The inspection itself was quick and straightforward, and I was really impressed with how fast the report came through – it was sent across within just a few hours of the visit which was brilliant as I’m currently in the middle of selling my house.
Overall a really smooth and professional service. I’d definitely recommend them if you need a Help to Buy valuation.

The survey stopped me buying a money pit..!
The booking process was easy and it was clear what I would, and more importantly would not be getting from my survey.
The survey was thorough, detailed and in language that I could understand. It laid bare the problems with the house and my follow up conversation with Kieran clarified my questions about the areas he highlighted as needing attention.
I'm so pleased with quality of the survey and with the quality of the service from the back office team and the survey himself - it prevented me from buying a money pit!

Amazing Communication

Terrible service
Terrible service from an incompetent, lazy surveyor who had no idea what they were valuing, they even asked "what am I valuing"! Valued on behalf of a mortgage company at below market value and at second stage valued the property at only £65k more despite spending in excess of £200k on renovations. The surveyor told us none of the outbuildings had a value and couldn't be bothered to look at the significant land also with the property. Very poor service. A 15 minute valuation that cost £850! Not good enough.
