Olivia was simply fantastic. I reached out to customer support to report that one of the products I had ordered was damaged right away, and they didn’t hesitate to apologize and send me a new product completely free of charge. Kind, quick, professional. Highly recommended!

I ordered jewellery from Alliette. Unfortunately, the parcel got lost. I wrote to customer service and have never been looked after so well. You can tell that Olivia cares about the customer's well-being. Olivia sent me the parcel again within a very short time.

Customer service 10/10
Had a small problem with my order but Alliette’s customer service was 10/10! They answered super quickly and found a solution for my problem. I can do nothing but recommend them. The jewellery is beautiful and the way they treat their customers is amazing.

Product + Service Review
The products themselves are so dainty, feminine and I absolutely love them. The Tarot Card necklaces are a beautiful addition to your outfits.
I’d also like to personally thank Olivia, who not only assisted me with an unfortunate incident of AusPost likely damaging my purchase and replaced it, but offered me a lovely Lovers Tarot for the wedding! She has been so polite and kind and understanding and everything a company needs to survive.
