Booked a collection as a new customer between 5pm & 7pm. Waited until 8pm no one turned up who was suppose to be Paula, Rang main tel no next morning who said someone would contact me, still waiting 2 days later. A waste of Time.

Waste of time and effort booking, ironing was supposed to be collected between 5pm and 7pm but no one came to collect it, no telephone call or text message to explain why this happened. I emailed the company and their response was the agent couldn’t be contacted.

Wish I’d checked the reviews. Like others, I booked a collection, waited in and no show. Not great when I’d booked it to take off the strain while my husband is in hospital.

Booked a collection, waited in for the full 3 hour slot and no-one arrived. I thought perhaps there might be a genuine reason for this but looking at the other reviews here it seems it's a regular occurrence for ironing not to be collected. I'm irritated I didn't check reviews before booking! What a waste of time, for something that's meant to be taking stress away from clients not creating it!

Booked a collection and the date and time were agreed. It was explained that it may not always be possible yo get tnere on time and I fo understand that, after there was a blinding game of fotty on yesterday. However no contact was made and we haven't heard anything since. Won't attempt to use again

Great service provided by Wendy. She picked up and returned my clothes at the time she said she would and the standard of ironing was excellent. I will definitely be using her services again! Highly recommend.

A waste of time. Signed up and booked a pickup, waited in after receiving confirmation of the order and then nothing.
I have looked on the site for how to follow up but could not find anything.

A quick update, I was contacted by the company via Teust Pilot with the message you will see below promising to look into the matter if is send in my details. I did and again no response.
Again a waste of time and effort and possibly money had I entered any bank details.

Amazing service, fast turnaround, excellent ironing standard

We have been using All Ironed Out for years and always receive a fantastic service. For someone who hates ironing as much as me, this service is worth it’s weight in gold!

Excellent pick-up, ironing and return service.

When I was working full time these people were amazing! Quick efficient collection and return and the ironing was always first class, especially the bedding, with very reasonable rates. Can’t rate them highly enough. If you need help with your ironing give them a call.

Ok service, communication not the greatest if there is a problem, and expensive
