The Allison Homes charter is our promise to you, as a home buyer as to what you can expect with regards to the level of service and commitment from us to you. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Reservation At the point you have made your decision to buy your new home, you will complete a pre reservation form detailing information in relation to the chosen home. You will complete the checklist and the reservation agreement, setting out the key terms and conditions of the purchase including the price, reservation period and other important information relating to your new home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Meet the builder When you reserve your new home, an appointment will be made by the sales executive for you to meet your dedicated experienced site manager. This will give you the opportunity to watch your home progress, review timings and plans and to raise any questions you may have in relation to your home. Points of contact We will also provide you with a main point of contact during the whole home buying process. This member of staff will assist you with any information you may need during your reservation, your moving in experience and beyond. Our sales team are fully trained and can guide you through the process of buying your new home, assisting you through the experience and answer any questions you may have in relation to your chosen home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Specification We will discuss at the point of your pre reservation/reservation agreement what specification has been chosen. We welcome you to take up the opportunity of visiting your new home whilst it is under construction. However, building sites are dangerous places therefore access is at complete discretion of the appointed experienced site manager and must be strictly by appointment only. You will need to wear the appropriate protective clothing and be escorted by a Allison Homes trained member of the team during construction. Anyone not escorted by one of our representatives will be at their own risk and we cannot be held responsible. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Health and safety during occupation During this period, we will try and ensure as far as we are able that any further construction work on the site is carried out in such a manner so that it causes as little inconvenience to you as we can. Once you move into your new home, we will supply you with your homeowner handover documentation providing advice on the safety rules on how to keep you and your family safe during this time. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Pre- plaster inspection Prior to moving in you will be invited by the sales executive to attend a pre- plaster inspection with your site manager, who will provide you with a guided tour of your new home. This is a chance to see the chosen house type design, the positioning of plumbing and electrical positions and to finally confirm the “just for you” that you have already ordered for your home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟New Home Demonstration You will be invited to attend your new home demonstration prior to you taking occupation of your new home. This is a guided tour to help you become familiar with your home including where everything is located, dealing with operational aspects, other various features and ensuring that you are happy with your home. It is important that you attend your new home demonstration as from our experience many customers find it invaluable in getting to know their new home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Quality Assured and Warranty information Your home will be built in accordance with the relevant planning permission, building regulations and industry standards. In addition, your home will be inspected during the construction phases and on completion day you will be provided with a quality assured certificate. Your home will also be covered by a 10-year warranty provided by either NHBC/ LABC or equivalent. Details of this will be supplied on a memory stick following completion. Congratulations you have completed on your new home & our commitment continues Courtesy Call Within a few days of you legally completing the purchase of your new home you will be contacted by a member of our team, to ensure all is well. We will then make an appointment to review how you are settling into your new home. We call this the “14 Day Settling In” review. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟14 day settling in review Occasionally things may not be quite right and some items may need clarification when you move into your new home. The aim of the “14 Day Settling In” review is to discuss your new home, obtain feedback from you on the process and to agree with you on any items that may need sorting out. We will then coordinate with you as to when these works will be carried out. After the initial 14-day review and you have agreed that any required works have been completed you will be passed over to our dedicated aftercare service team who are there to deal with any warranty aspects for a two-year period after your purchase. In the first instance if you need to raise an issue you should email customercare@larkfleethomes.co.uk detailing the matter. The after-care service team will contact you to discuss the situation. However, if the matter is an emergency there is a dedicated telephone number provided in your handover pack. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟12-month courtesy call On the 1st anniversary of owning your home, our dedicated team will make contact with you to ensure that you are enjoying your new home and that any on-going issues outstanding are being dealt with efficiently. Amazing experience - thank you team!

We’re just about ready to exchange contracts on our new home at Beaufort Gardens and I had been blown away by the service we’ve received! From Angie in sales at the show home to the progress chasers at head office (namely Laura and Bradley!).
Everybody in whom I’ve had contact with has been so incredibly helpful and has genuinely made the process of buying our new home, seamless!
Buying a home can be stressful but I know the team are working so hard behind the scenes to make things so easy for us and we couldn’t appreciate it more. Especially all the hard work Bradley is doing for us in the background as he has been on it! Our case wasn’t as straightforward as most but Bradley has been in contact with regular updates and has been an absolute god send when I just needed to touch base with somebody. I could not recommend this team enough! Incredible service. Thank you everyone! :)

I also just wanted to add a note about Chloe and Grant who have been nothing but AMAZING. Chloe is our relationship manager and Grant is our site manager and their help along the way has honestly meant the world to us. We couldn’t be more grateful for the team!

Fantastic customer service

We recently completed our purchase with Allison Homes at their Beaufort Gardens Estate, and the entire experience has been outstanding. The team on the ground have been absolutely marvellous.

Throughout the buying process, Angie went above and beyond to answer our queries, always prioritising our needs and making the process as seamless as possible. Her level of customer care is truly faultless.

Grant, the site manager, was equally exceptional. He consistently went out of his way to ensure the standards delivered were of the highest quality and continued to do so even after we had moved in.

We couldn’t be more thankful to have dealt with such a dedicated team throughout the process and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Disappointed and shocking at times. Let down badly.

OK until you have bought and completed and unless you notice anything within a week or so at snagging customer care are a nightmare to get things done and won't address issues or resolve and just blame house buyer on a lot of issues. Initially started well but avoid where possible. Have to chase constantly and still after two years awaiting things and no response after weeks and small things take months to get done. Feel totally let down as they sold me my property and misled me with information at time and have not kept to that and not warned so would not have bought the plot had known. No protection for buyers once they have got their money. Allison homes used to have a good reputation. Dreamed of a new Allison home but have found experience very disappointing and stressful unfortunately although some people you deal with are nice and helpful but have been let down drastically. On plus side nice house styles and seem to be built well although prices seem inflated to market averages.

As for your response Customer Care can't be bothered to speak to me or get back to me after many emails chasing weeks after promises. With regards other problems stated wanted lengthy email with concerns rather than a conversation which knew would come to nothing so total waste of my time.

Our first home🫶🏼

Me and my partner were the first people to reserve at the Beaufort garden opening event. Even before we reserved I had regular contact with Angie ensuring we were up to date on when we would be able to come and view potential homes. Throughout the process from reservation in May to completion in September Angie was amazing always providing us with updates. Angie allowed us to have as much time as we needed choosing our options which was really helpful! Since completing Angie and Grant have been amazing ensuring we are okay and have everything we need. We would highly recommend and have had an amazing experience buying our first home! Thank you to all the Allison home team we appreciate every single one of you🫶🏼

Beaufort Gardens - amazing team!

I didn’t think that buying a house could ever be so easy. From the day I first viewed the house shown to me by Angie to the day of completion it has been so smooth. The site team Grant, Steve and Declan have been absolutely wonderful. They truly couldn’t do enough for you. Angie is so thorough with the home visits, paperwork and making sure I am aware of next steps within buying a property. Steve and Declan did my home demo which was very informative and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving into my new home!

Grant has been so helpful in fixing snags and making sure they have been done pretty much immediately! I didn’t really have any major snags however the ones I have had have been rectified within a speedy timeframe! He’s gone above and beyond with general helpfulness in the first few weeks of me moving in with any issues I’ve had too! Thank you.

I absolutely love my house and it wouldn’t have been such a lovely experience hadn’t it been for the wonderful team here at Beaufort Gardens! Thank you x

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic! If I could give 10 stars I would. From start to finish Sam has been amazing, she has been by our side the whole way through and fought our corner with the horrible chain we had. The house is gorgeous and any slight issue we have had (which is to be expected in a new build) has been rectified in lighting time. Allison homes care about the customers and I have felt that through the entire process. Nothing is to much trouble and they definitely go the extra mile. We have just completed the purchase of…

We have just completed the purchase of plot 183 at Beaufort Grange. From the outset our relations with Allison homes has been very positive. We believe this is primarily due to the first class support and assistance that has been given to us by Sam at Beaufort Grange sales office. At all times she has been very attentive to our needs, going the extra mile to help us achieve all the necessary steps along the way to complete a satisfactory purchase

She is very knowledgeable about the interior design options available to us e.g kitchen and utility room worktops, flooring surfaces, bathroom tiling etc and has resolved very quickly the requests we have made for extras and minor alterations. Her sound knowledge has made the process very smooth and she is always willing to help resolve any issues we have identified.

I am sure all the other purchasers of houses at Beaufort Grange must have had a similar experience to us. Her friendly, easy going style has certainly made any meetings we have had with her a positive and enjoyable experience.

Sam is a real asset to Allison’s and will continue to grow and develop in her current role and hopefully move on to greater things with the company.

Sam at Beaufort Grange

Due to unforeseen circumstances we did not go through with the purchase of our house at Beaufort Grange, but we both felt that our sales advisor Sam was fantastic all the way through.
She would always respond promptly to any questions or concerns that we had. She was very professional, always listened to what you had to say and handled things in a efficient and calm manner.
