The Allison Homes charter is our promise to you, as a home buyer as to what you can expect with regards to the level of service and commitment from us to you. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Reservation At the point you have made your decision to buy your new home, you will complete a pre reservation form detailing information in relation to the chosen home. You will complete the checklist and the reservation agreement, setting out the key terms and conditions of the purchase including the price, reservation period and other important information relating to your new home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Meet the builder When you reserve your new home, an appointment will be made by the sales executive for you to meet your dedicated experienced site manager. This will give you the opportunity to watch your home progress, review timings and plans and to raise any questions you may have in relation to your home. Points of contact We will also provide you with a main point of contact during the whole home buying process. This member of staff will assist you with any information you may need during your reservation, your moving in experience and beyond. Our sales team are fully trained and can guide you through the process of buying your new home, assisting you through the experience and answer any questions you may have in relation to your chosen home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Specification We will discuss at the point of your pre reservation/reservation agreement what specification has been chosen. We welcome you to take up the opportunity of visiting your new home whilst it is under construction. However, building sites are dangerous places therefore access is at complete discretion of the appointed experienced site manager and must be strictly by appointment only. You will need to wear the appropriate protective clothing and be escorted by a Allison Homes trained member of the team during construction. Anyone not escorted by one of our representatives will be at their own risk and we cannot be held responsible. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Health and safety during occupation During this period, we will try and ensure as far as we are able that any further construction work on the site is carried out in such a manner so that it causes as little inconvenience to you as we can. Once you move into your new home, we will supply you with your homeowner handover documentation providing advice on the safety rules on how to keep you and your family safe during this time. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Pre- plaster inspection Prior to moving in you will be invited by the sales executive to attend a pre- plaster inspection with your site manager, who will provide you with a guided tour of your new home. This is a chance to see the chosen house type design, the positioning of plumbing and electrical positions and to finally confirm the “just for you” that you have already ordered for your home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟New Home Demonstration You will be invited to attend your new home demonstration prior to you taking occupation of your new home. This is a guided tour to help you become familiar with your home including where everything is located, dealing with operational aspects, other various features and ensuring that you are happy with your home. It is important that you attend your new home demonstration as from our experience many customers find it invaluable in getting to know their new home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Quality Assured and Warranty information Your home will be built in accordance with the relevant planning permission, building regulations and industry standards. In addition, your home will be inspected during the construction phases and on completion day you will be provided with a quality assured certificate. Your home will also be covered by a 10-year warranty provided by either NHBC/ LABC or equivalent. Details of this will be supplied on a memory stick following completion. Congratulations you have completed on your new home & our commitment continues Courtesy Call Within a few days of you legally completing the purchase of your new home you will be contacted by a member of our team, to ensure all is well. We will then make an appointment to review how you are settling into your new home. We call this the “14 Day Settling In” review. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟14 day settling in review Occasionally things may not be quite right and some items may need clarification when you move into your new home. The aim of the “14 Day Settling In” review is to discuss your new home, obtain feedback from you on the process and to agree with you on any items that may need sorting out. We will then coordinate with you as to when these works will be carried out. After the initial 14-day review and you have agreed that any required works have been completed you will be passed over to our dedicated aftercare service team who are there to deal with any warranty aspects for a two-year period after your purchase. In the first instance if you need to raise an issue you should email customercare@larkfleethomes.co.uk detailing the matter. The after-care service team will contact you to discuss the situation. However, if the matter is an emergency there is a dedicated telephone number provided in your handover pack. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟12-month courtesy call On the 1st anniversary of owning your home, our dedicated team will make contact with you to ensure that you are enjoying your new home and that any on-going issues outstanding are being dealt with efficiently. Great experience

We would just like to say dealing with roxy has been a pleasure, and things have moved very smoothly from using easy mover and selling our house within the first day. Once our house had sold roxy was very quick to get the ball rolling with a meeting as regards what the next steps are.

BE WARNED

BE WARNED! Frampton Gate development. In just over a year we have had far too many issues that need to be resolved, a particular staff member has been mostly proactive in addressing these, however the volume of short cuts, poor quality finish and missed items should not be happening. 3 front doors due to damage and ill fitting, 3 hobs due to electrical fault issues, 2 fridge freezers due to first one just stopping working after a few weeks, 2 downstairs toilets due to faulty pan not flushing correctly, 3 room wall thermostats stopped working, badly scratched glazing units. Extractor fan ducting left lying on top of loft insulation. Some of these items have been resolved and some are on a list to be resolved. Plot signed off for handover when building regs not fully complied with, missing ground pipe for rain water soakaway, x2 missing gutter downpipes, wrong size extraction ducting for hob extraction hood deeming manufacturer warranty void (it has been agreed the cooker hood will be replaced, quite rightly so) missed half height tiling in a bathroom, floor underneath carpet in living room uneven and left with rubble on top, had to chase for the “home pack” completed end of March but no home information pack provided until November! If this sounds more like a review for what was Larkfleet Homes and their very poor reputation for quality it’s because Allison Homes rebranded what was Larkfleet Homes. The level of inconvenience and interruption to daily lives has been totally unacceptable. We did plan on investing in 2 further properties however after a few months of moving in we had no intentions of buying another Allison Homes branded property. I’m quite sure Allison Homes will post a reply to this, however whatever they have to say or apologise for it will in no way justify the volume of issues handed over in the property for us to deal with, if it was any other item being purchased in the UK it would have been returned to the seller for a full refund or replacement!

We had a really positive experience…

We had a really positive experience with the site management team at Frampton Gate especially Nick and Paula, which was really important for us as First Time Buyers. Although there were a few snags identified after completion, they handled everything quickly and efficiently, even the ones we discovered ourselves. Their responsiveness was impressive. Paula was very kind-hearted and makes conversations feel so light.

Also Roxy at Sales Team , she’s highly knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable.

They made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free, and their attitude truly stood out. It genuinely felt less like dealing with a company and more like being supported by a family. Highly appreciated.

I have just moved into my new bungalow …

I have just moved into my new bungalow at Frampton Gate. It's great design, well built cosy and warm.
A big shout out to Roxy who kept me informed on how the build was going every week.
Any problem or issues I had was discussed by another two members of the site team Paula and Nick who helped rectify any problems as soon as possible.
Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase of my new bungalow from Allison Homes.

Welcoming and friendly.

Roxy was very welcoming and friendly. She answered every question that we asked and was very knowledgeable about the build of the houses. We visited quite a few of the developers in the area and in comparison (apart from one other), the others left me with no interest to buy a house. Thanks Roxy for showing us around the gorgeous houses.

Amazing experience buying a home with…

Amazing experience buying a home with Allison homes at Frampton Gate. Paula who liased with me whilst settling in was great, even calling me in the evening after work hours to check everything and ask if I had any concerns. The essential maintenance kit handed over is a nice added extra and very unexpected.

The lady Val who assisted us at Frampton Gate was lovely, polite and helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t have a house on that site that suited our needs but the quality of the houses built is amazing.
