Great service

Craig was amazing so efficient police and thorough with the work he did. Sorted two major problems we had - one with the fridge freezer and the other with the patio doors.

Himself and Paula have been great as part of the customer experience team.

Avoid at all costs.

Absolute nightmare from the word go. Shoddy build quality, constant leaks, dishwasher not plumbed in, have to climb over the toilet to get in the shower. Balcony not fitted correctly causing leaks and took around 7 attempts over 3 years to fix. We put our house on the market, it’s sitting empty costing us a fortune and we are unable to sell it because there is a land issue. We lost our first buyer because they weren’t happy with the land issue or that planning had been breached on the house behind leaving the house heavily overlooked by a balcony. Sam Hart is supposed to have been dealing with this but she has ignored our calls and emails and it’s been around 6 months from first contact. Larkfleet have made no attempt to sort the land issue leaving us with a house we cannot sell and a second mortgage for us to pay while we wait for them to pull their finger out. It’s absolutely disgraceful. Is someone going to contact us and sort this land issue out or are you paying our mortgage and council tax for us while we wait?

First Class Service

From first contact with Angie we found her to be warm, friendly, courteous and very helpful through to Mike at the sales centre who on top of the above was also very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us in any way he could. This has been a very pleasant experience with a great company, in fact the best we have encountered and we have bought a few houses.

Bad customer care and workmanship

These guys they are very bad I am still experiencing very bad, painful, embarrassing experience since the day we completed 6 December 2019, today is 7 September 2021

They waited last minute to put me in a situation to sign off reductions of my boundaries, I had already given up my other house and the option was to accept what was the only viable option presented to me

I raised issues within 14 days of completion all issues painstakingly put on an excel spreadsheet, dated and outlining expected outcome, all I got was a well choreographed answers as follows
1. We will send some one to inspect
2. Send us photos
3.It’s shrinkages
4.It’s within the building regulations
5. It’s house owner responsibility
6. The head of customer care will call you

Since December 2019 the house I am living in, bathroom unusable, toilet design bad with a basin under the window
Floors are not even and tiles are hollow. Alison Homes promised to come and rectify and they removed the tiles partially and they are yet to come back since January,
