After purchasing our new home from Allison Homes at Whittlesey more than a year ago, I was incredibly impressed with their after-sales care, which truly deserves five stars. A significant part of this excellent service was thanks to Leigh, Tareena, and Arya, whose dedication made all the difference.

Leigh was wonderfully efficient, handling any post-purchase queries with speed and professionalism. Tareena provided exceptional support, always friendly and eager to assist, ensuring that every issue was addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Arya was meticulous in her follow-ups, making sure that all my needs as a new homeowner were met and that I was completely happy with my new home.

Their combined efforts made me feel valued and taken care of long after the initial purchase was completed. It's not just about making sales with them but about building lasting relationships. We have almost been in our new home for two years and as with all new homes there are teething troubles...

Tareena from Customer Experence has been outstanding always going beyond our expectations to make things right. As mentioned we are close to our two year exit date & have had some outstanding items to sort out. I kept meaning to call but LIFE gets in the way sometimes. I did think maybe they'll say it's to late to sort X. Everything I've asked Tareena to get fixed she has done and anything outstanding I'm assured will be done, even if after the exit date. The delays are usually down to external contractors or parts delays and not with Customer Experience or Allison Homes.

Tareena has kept regular contact at all times, adjusting expectations when unseen delays are encountered. Just want to take this opportunity to thank Tareena & ALL the team. The aftercare is as good as it gets - it's been a pleasure! Thank you for making NEW home purchase a happy & pleasant experience. Dan :-)

Cannot recommend Russell anymore! Really helped when an unprofessional member of staff came to my door and was extremely rude to my partner. Russell sorted the situation out and was very helpful! Thank you!

Mixed experience with Allison homes. The drains for the downstairs toilet have been a problem since we moved in and Allison homes kept sending out people to clear them.
Finally Courtney got in touch and within a few weeks completely sorted it out. Turned out it was a break in the pipe but no one had ever put a camera down.
Couldnt thank her more and now we have a working toilet, thank you!!

After sales coordinator Tareena Page has been fantastic from the beginning.

Our experience with Valerie (Whittlesey Green) has been above and beyond what we expected. Her communication was clear. Her mannerism was open, pleasant and she understood our very difficult journey in purchasing our forever home.

Valerie updated us on progress better than our own solicitor's. We were truly glad we had her dealing with our purchase, she certainly is a people person.

We never felt she was 'just doing her job', even though our sale was held up, thus delaying our purchase. Allison Homes (Valerie) must have been under pressure to 'get the deal done', but she was never unprofessional.

Unfortunately she was moved to another site before our completion.

We are extremely happy to share our experience and wish Valerie every success

Tareena page has provided me with excellent service today. I was due to receive some work to be carried out but i missed the tradesman. I emailed Tareena who immediately rescheduled them to come back to carry out the work later on in the afternoon. The gentleman who came also did a fantastic job and was very friendly. Tareena always responds to my emails promptly. Great service.

Arya Craig has been very helpful and helped a lot in our new property, never too much trouble.Also wanted mention Tareena Page very good service with all my emails and I hope that still is the case going forward when needed.

Tareena provides outstanding CS and is always a pleasure to speak to. We have lived in our new home for 20 months & every time I speak to T she's bubbly and always happy to help. What I love the most is T says she will do something (e.g call tomorrow) and she delivers. Great customer service with probably the biggest purchase of your life. Been in our house nearly 2 years and still to this day nothing is too much trouble for site managers Sal and Russ, they are always just a phone call away, very reliable and trustworthy. Any small issues have been dealt with straight away, quickly and easily. Highly recommend

A year on and I can honestly say I made the right decision purchasing my home with Alison homes at Whittlesey green.The team Tracey and lizz who I met on the very first day amazing women who went above n beyond ,very helpful patient ..during the process of me getting my home.A big thank you also to Sal ,Russ and aria best site managers if I have to say so myself they looked after me once i moved in and to this day ,checking in and always ensuring any issues with property are resolved asap .As a new homeowner who had never changed a light bulb in her life I could have never asked for better bunch of people nothing is ever too much always there to help and answer even my non home related question and life dilemmas.Im grateful Matt and Kevin who did most of my repairs and all the team I’ve learnt a lot house related from each and everyone I meet on site just good people and company.

The overall experience I have had while dealing with Allison Homes at Whittlesey Green has been exceptional and always professional.
Any teething issues I had (which all new properties have) were dealt with very quickly and resolved to a quality standard.
Val and Liz in the sales office were very supportive all through the buying process to the day I received our keys, from picking the internal finishes to the added extras we decided to purchase on top of the standards.
Due to some personal issues a few weeks after moving in the whole team were there not just as a house purchase scenario but as friends to help me when I needed support. Sal Haj ensured that all teething issues were resolved and dealt with arranging to get them sorted out to save me from having to do this when I was not in a good place.
Even now the team knock on the door if they are passing to make sure I am ok. (They have definitely gone above and beyond the norm). I want to say a high heart felt thank you to Sal, you have been a star and also Val, Aria and Tareena for everything and of course my lovely house. I would also like to say a very big thank you to Russell Patrick, you have also been great through difficult times, ensuring I was ok and personally ensuring all our teething issues have been resolved.

Good customer service very polite & professional

My partner and I were very impressed with the build quality of Allison Homes, however, we were even more impressed by the level of customer service we received from Angie and Tracy Harper. They were very transparent, knowledgable of the market and were great at listening to what we wanted from our first home. We look forward to purchasing what could well be our first home courtesy of such a wonderful sales team.

I am now on my second home with Allison. Whilst the developer has its hang ups there was one person that saved the day.

Paula in customer care was there in the good times and there in the bad. It was a longer journey than it should have been but was enjoyable to talk to her from time to time. Very professional with a hint of familiarity which can help when temperatures are high. Bravo Paula for not ‘just doing your job’ but for being bloody good at it.

I would certainly recommend this developer but would advise you do not expect perfection from not only them but any. I work in the industry myself and for price when compared to quality, Allison are definitely a great choice.
