Since we knew Allison Homes were coming to Moulton Chapel we knew we had to get our first home with them. From the initial private invitation day for early bird reservationists to today, we have experienced nothing but professionalism, a family friendly like business and flexibility like no other.

This wouldn't be possible without the team at Chapel Gate and other sites but especially for Josh. I have met and worked with a lot of people, but he is a genuine and caring person who has worked so hard to look after us since day 1. We have had some personal set backs but they were allocated for and we were treated like family, helping us reach our goal.

Although we have not finished the process, it is a shame that Josh is moving on, but after meeting other members of the team, we know we are in safe hands. If you're going to buy you first home or fancy a change of scene, you can get a quality build in fantastic areas.

Tanya and Damien have been fantastic with everything on the buying of my new property. Tanya for dealing with every question (there was alot) and dealing with me when getting stressed out made it a super easy and a friendly interaction. Damien has been faultless with everything from sorting every little teething problem I have come across, there and then . Second to none customer care and would highly recommend.

All the staff at Primrose Meadows Devon were extremely helpful (in particular Bart Kalshoven, Caroline Lunness and Sadie Gilchrist as were all the support staff on site), and the quality and design of the homes was far superior to any others I had viewed. The layout of the site and the consideration for the environment (gardens, green areas, trees, bird boxes, etc), was the very best I had seen across several counties.

I like the houses at Chapel Gate and the neighbourhood feels very welcoming. However, I’m leaving a negative review because Allison Homes repeatedly failed to follow through on promises and communicated poorly throughout the process. On multiple occasions representatives offered extras or promotions that were not honoured—whether the offer was verbal or written. My advice to anyone considering buying here: scrutinise the terms and conditions, get any promises in writing, and keep copies of all communications. Allison Homes, please improve your communication and honour commitments.

We booked an appointment with Sophie at the Oaks to initially look at the Aspen, Sophie was friendly, knowledgable, wanted to understand us as people and was not pushy.

Sophie said we could view the Walnut in a few days time and she thought we may also like this. We came to this appointment and were really surprised at how much we liked it. Sophie had really understood what we wanted as a couple and helped us find our dream home.

Some other developers have made us feel like they are just interested in a sale. Sophie didn’t once make us feel like this, she asked us questions, we had a laugh together and we felt reassured that she would do everything she could to progress things along.

My experience with Allison Homes Harriers Rest has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. It was myself and my partner’s first time buying a house and had absolutely no idea what we were doing, we were completely supported throughout the ENTIRE process, from as early as reserving our plot all the way up until now after 3 months living in the house and the support still continues!

Our Customer Support Advisor Chloe Gibb was absolutely fabulous and so so helpful with all questions big and small from the minute we moved in. We had raised multiple snags and all were dealt with so incredibly quickly, I cannot thank her enough for her help!

The whole experience has truly been outstanding!

I've had such an amazing experience whilst buying a home with Allison Homes. Angie and Will were absolutely amazing through the sales process all the way through to completion. The lady Val who assisted us at Frampton Gate was lovely, polite and helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t have a house on that site that suited our needs but the quality of the houses built is amazing.

Val has been amazing and super helpful through the stressful process of home selection. I cannot rate her input any higher.

Sophie Willoughby at The Oaks has been an absolute joy to deal with, no pressure from her and understood our requirements and went the extra mile to make us feel like we were a priority and looked after. Whenever we’ve needed an answer she’s been clear and helpful and even dealt with our whirlwind children in the office calmly!

After raising some issues on the snagging list Allison homes responded quickly at correcting these. Adam and Seth Reed were brilliant - they went above and beyond at correcting the issues and fixed issues we hadn’t even noticed!! Thank you Adam and Seth !

We moved into a home on the The Orchards, Corby Glen in June.
From start to finish Will and his team could not have been more helpful. They made the whole journey easy. We used their solicitors, which made life so much easier and we can't thank Bradley Wybrow enough for helping us with form filling, posting, emailing,etc. Paula has been fantastic with the after care service. Nothing is too much trouble.
The build quality is good with literally a few little things that need fixing.
Fantastic experience Allison Homes.

We purchased our house on Abbey Park, Thorney completing on 27 June via Allison homes part exchange scheme. We initially visited the site in July 24 but decided not to proceed at the time, but revisited June 25 where we met Angie in the sales office. She was warm, welcoming, not pushy, and happy for us to have a look around the show home and plot (45) we were interested in. We mentioned the prior part exchange deal discussed and our broad expectations which were noted. Angie picked this up with HO who agreed a revised and fair deal and we reserved. Leading up to exchange Angie was very accommodating of us to visit the house on several occasions, meet alarm installers and other service providers without issue. We were unable to select preferred fittings due to build stage but Angie did everything she could to accommodate certain things like a floor colour change which was greatly appreciated. As usual we had issues with solicitors and Angie went out of her way at a late stage to ensure we completed on the agreed date with us visiting the Allison HO to produce docs the solicitors had sent with little time for us to complete. In addition, Angie satisfied us on certain points we had agreed which required confirmation against the restrictive covenant ( large summer house). The welcome pack we received was a lovely touch too. If you have the pleasure of dealing with Angie at Allison homes you will be in good hands. However, she is professional and firm, so don’t expect to walk in and push her about…. 😁 since moving in we have dealt with Paula to work through some minor snagging issues having met her for our home demo and she is on the ball to get some of the minor things completed quickly, although some larger issues mean she is at the mercy of contractors - patience may be required but I am confident Paula will resolve in due course. She has periodically called us up to check progress and has received honest feedback well. One or two things raised have been pushed back but we have picked our battles… we have also engaged with Matas (site manager) on occasion and he has been helpful and accommodating. We are extremely happy in our new home, the site is well laid out, we have great new neighbours and it is peaceful. As with all new builds the developers are reliant on the contractors they employ. Clearly one or two individuals have let their employers down, which could reflect on Allison Homes, but we judge by how remedial works are received and acted upon and to date we are happy campers.

Bought a house at Harriers Rest and from start to finish the customer service by Tracy and Liz were absolutely out standing. Flexible and friendly they always made you feel special and allowed us access to measure up in advance. Home Demo by Matt and Chloe was great and they are so fast at responding when minor snags are reported. Most impressed with the get you in and maintenance box provided top quality. House is amazing too. Thanks.

Me and my partner brought our first home on Harriers Rest. We cannot thank Tracey and Liz for their patience with us as we understand we were probably difficult to get through too at times due to work commitments. However, the fact that we could WhatsApp made it a lot easier to communicate! As we were first time buyers, we had no clue what buying a house entailed and was so reassuring to have all the help from the ladies.
Tracey and Liz are the most friendliest people you’ll ever meet! Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions! They made us feel at ease and made it a breeze to get through everything!
