When I arrived at P1 premium it was…

When I arrived at P1 premium it was full, they guy (I can provide a pic) was very unpolite and send me (and another one) to an address that did not exist. He indicated that at the Aeroport is was full and filled. It was not ! Shamefull

Long, long way to walk with the suitcases through the gravel after parking the car.

Long, long way to walk the suitcases from the parked car (in the gravel), to the reception and shuttle;
the shuttle driver who took us to "Parking 2" should have told us to leave the pasengers and suitcases at the entry. At least this way, we could have done that long way more easily.

Everything is faked I was booked on…

Everything is faked I was booked on your webpage and I gave all details about my car 🚙 when I arrived in the parking to parked my my car charged more 88€ extra they said my vehicle is bigger than others so I already mentioned about my vehicle details during the booking process so I felt very much disappointed 😢 and also last minute I catched my flight they didn’t take serious they weisted more than one hour in the parking and also when I came back after my vacation in the airport I called them when plane is lending and they said call again when you get your luggage I called after get my luggage they said me waiting shuttle door number 10 departure floor I was waiting there almost one hour again to pick me up but they are not serious about anything and they misguided people and they take advantage to change more money and they book directly to us then why I must booked on website??? If they cheated like this no one believes on websites and no one trusting anymore so please you should do something to return my Extra charges which not apply on me because I was gave all my details before booking so I hope you will take seriously action against them thanks 🙏

The parking manager told me that allopark do not limit the number of réservation on their website even if it exceed the capacity of the parking (for instance 500 réservations for a 200 car parking)

Reservation canceled short before parking time

Everything went well with Allopark (E-Mail Communication, Money transfer, Refund).

But three days before the parking would start, the reservation was canceled by "Brussels Park", the chosen parking provider.
What kind of short notice problem can a parking spot have?
Other than to make you rebook on higher rates?
I can not recommend "Brussel Park" as a reliable and trustful parking provider!
Please reconsider listing "Brussels Park" as partner on your website Allopark.

Pick up was close to 45 minutes…

Pick up was close to 45 minutes waiting, difficult communication. At arrival car was parked in the back and another 20 minutes waiting in front of the building.

We arrived at the location, but where turned away due to Alloparks overbooking.

We arrived at the location, it was overbooked. They send us to a new location where we had to pay 80€ extra. Allopark is refusing to repay these extra costs. They gave us no news about the overbooking, we only found out at the entrance of the parking. They claim it's the parkings fault. Our contract was with Allopark, not with the people Allopark send us to. We followed Alloparks instructions. Never again.

They claim in the reply here that they refunded me. Sadly nor the 80€, nor the actual amount paid by me were refunded. I've send numerous replies by mail to show me they actually refunded this amount, but it does not show on my account. They're a complete fraud.

The change of our 1st time reservation…

The change of our 1st time reservation hasn’t been transmitted to the driver by our platform and we had to change and book a new reservation in emergency to replace the first one and cost more for us. The worst if I didn’t call the driver to confirm the time to pick up us the day before I didn’t know the problem…bad experience…I hope at least to have a refund and compensation for this problem
