Don't reserve with this parking "Premium parking" not conform "name"with the bad service..! they ask extra 5€ for taking to aereport, they left us without driver"no navette"to come back to parking,no one in the parking after taking Taxi,they should give back for the Taxi within 30 days but i didn't get anything yet...! Realy baf experience

When returning from my trip I had to call 8 times before being answered and the man on the phone told me then that they didn't pick up because there was no transfer and that I had to take a taxi to go and collect my car.

Indication of arriving time considered as mandatory without any notice. Penalties were requested. at the return, more that 45 minutes before the shuttle got me at the airport. I will never use Allopark again.

NOBODY WAS THERE WHEN WE CAME BACK!!
we arrived at the pickup point at 07:45, but no one from Premium Park answered the phone.
After waiting for about 1 hour, making 10 phone calls and sending messages without getting a response.
We took a regular taxi and drove to Premium Park.... Surprised there was NO ONE here either!
luckily the gate was open and we could take our car off the premises without any problems
at 09:36 Premium Park finally responds with the message: "Message Please"

They asked for additional fees at 11:00pm saying that if you do not pay you cannot enter the shuttle. Yes it was wtitten but they knew the arrival hour before preparing the invoice. Shame, avoid

Second, I accidentally made two reservations for the car park from Monday 26th to Friday 30th, respectively:

We booked their closest parking but when we arrived, we had to wait for +10min and follow them to another parking, further than the one we booked. Then, the transfer to the Terminal took some time to organise. They said that transfer to the airport would take just 1min but in total we lost 45min and almost missed our flight. When they drop you off their shuttle, you still need to walk 7min around the fences to get into the terminal

No reply when arrived to Brussels-Zaventam. Due to that was very upset, obliged to rent a taxi for rather high rate. Terrible quality. If my expences & nerves wouldn’t be compensated - shall make report to Police & inform everybody not to use Premium Parking & warn about that max. people !!!

The second parking was a bit far and it may affect your flight.
