After exhausting all retail outlets known to me in Sydney, I searched high and low on the internet for the Pacsafe A25 wheeled luggage. I finally came across your website and was very pleased to see that you had one in stock.

Your response to my email double checking that it was indeed the model I was after was very quick and reassuring. My order arrived very quickly (and I live in Australia !!) and was very well packaged. It actually arrived more quickly than many goods I have purchased from businesses here within in my own State!

I am really happy with my purchase. It is a great bag - very well made, has excellent safety features and is the perfect size for someone who wants something medium sized that still holds quite a lot of stuff. It baffles me that Pacsafe decided to delete this size from their range but I am very happy that I managed to get one. Funnily, I will be bringing it back to England when I travel this coming August :)

Cannot recommend highly enough. I bought a pair of Mantane gloves, unfortunately part of the stitching came undone after very light wear. AllOutdoors handled the situation brilliantly - returning the gloves to Montane &!then chasing them up when Montane were slow to respond.

I had a small issue with my order but I contacted them and got a response and a satisfactory resolution quickly and easily, they were also very friendly to deal with. My walking poles were delivered incredibly quickly. Arrived in time for my trek, 5 days (3 week days) after I ordered them in New Zealand. Incredible! Also, email queries were answered promptly. Thank you very much.

I returned an item due to incorrect size (my fault). They issued a full refund with in a few days of receiving the item back.

Ordered a knife on Tuesday had to ring up to make sure my order had gone through. Staff were very polite and helpful. Arrived on Thursday was as described and service was excellent will use you again

I had a problem with my product, which was very quickly dealt with and returned to the manufacturer for a replacement.

Bought a down jacket from alloutdoor because they were selling it about £25 cheaper than I could find elsewhere (£133 vs £160 elsewhere). Ordered on a Saturday and received it on the Thursday without problem.

I expected based on their website that if I order on Saturday, the package will be dispatched on Monday. Monday came and went and no word. Customer service were responsive after I contacted them via the online form and when I replied again via email.

There was a little confusion about how and when the package would be delivered. I was told over email by customer service on Tuesday that the package would be sent that day by DPD next day delivery and it was actually sent that day by Royal Mail 2nd class. I think this was just an honest mistake, perhaps they used to use DPD for such orders. It would have been reassuring to have the correct information earlier on. The package ultimately arrived within the 3-5 business days originally quoted.

The previous Trustpilot reviews and a few details of their website made me a little nervous. A few points on their website in particular that didn't fill me with confidence:
- I provided a password whilst making my order so that I would get an account. I didn't make me an account so I had to track just with my email and order number
- The tracking page is very basic. If an item hasn't been dispatched, there is no information given. An estimated dispatch, or even better an estimated delivery date would go a long way here
- The order confirmation email is quite basic. It's silly really, but again a delivery estimate and perhaps a link to the tracking page might have made me feel more at ease here
- The dispatch notification email is rather ugly and confusing. I won't go into detail but hopefully they will know what I mean when I say they should just generate an email with the necessary sections rather than a section for every unused delivery method as well.

Overall, I was pleased with this transaction and certainly with the competitive pricing they were offering when I ordered. Would recommend!

I`ve bought from this company on two occasions now, and both times, the transaction has been smooth and trouble-free, and on both occasions, the dispatch and delivery times have been super-fast!

Also, when I messed up and ordered something that I shouldn`t have, I was able to return it, and I was fully-refunded without quibble, so regardless of any other negative reviews that I`ve read on here about AllOutDoor.co.uk, I can honestly say, that from my personal experience, they are a first class operation, and I would happily buy from them again in the future!

order a Rab down jacket at April, they send me a looking very old jacket, I return it in second morning, after over a month with a lot of emails. they told me that is a old jacket, & they will not & not possible send me a old jacket, I ask the Customer Service to investigate, after a couple months they not reply my email anymore. Do not buy from them.
