Purchased 500w scooter was delayed delivery other than stated on website due to festive period this was not a problem.
Scooter arrived 27th December, wothin 30mins clear licking mechanism was faulty contacted via on line form immediately, and left voicemail on Altricham contact number , called today VM switched off so must have picked up my two voicemails on this number 00 44 161 928 7786. No response after bank holidays 3rd January called number changed directed to gadget stores 0808 501 5512. Emailed direct they simply told me to adjust the brand new item with YouTube video for £350 scooter I should be able to simply click mechanism into place and use. I should not be expected to make technical adjustments which I have outright refused at such an expense. Emailed back and x 3 as tried to misinform my partner about legal rights of 14days return when the company are causing the time delays and ignoring on going requests to get this FAULTY item in arrival picked up.
BE AWARE!! £350
ALLOY BIKES and trades as GADGET STORES you cannot take a customer’s money and ignore them to get your FAULTY item picked up, especially when you have been notified within 30mins of being received.

So brought a electric bike and still not been shipped and they say warehouse not sent the tracking details over ect.

Been in contact with a dece oasis (ADO) and advised them off this seller.

So it's all looked good but as I found out today the battery don't charge.

Adress shows as a abandoned building on google
3/5 days delivery on website but it's been 7 days since I ordered no tracking information
