Some confusion on return

I ordered a dog bed which was not suitable for my dog after it arrived.

The return process was very slow. I asked how to return an item and was initially told returns would be at my own expense! I sent numerous emails to query this and did then receive a reply attaching a return label.

Next day delivery turns into 5 day delivery!!

I expected delivery today as a next day delivery, I waited in all day and got an email at 17:04 stating that it will be delivered on Sunday, 5 days after placing the order, which is too late, I needed the pump next day, that’s the only reason I ordered it from you. Dreadful service. I am cancelling the order as I need to buy it from somewhere else.

Product and Company awful

Product and Company awful. Do not buy from All Pet Solutions. Bought a pond pump that stopped working after 4 weeks. Contacted customer services who refused to replace item or refund many. They put multiple obstacles in the way, including dismantling the pump to check for faults and uploading a video of the pump not working. Had to stop asking for a refund because of the stress of dealing with All Pet Solutions

After telling me to try fix a faulty…

After telling me to try fix a faulty filter my self by messing around with the electrics and water oh you have to do all this before they replace it so tbere I am messing with electric and water done some stuff messed about with uv and wires plugged it in and electriccuted my fish there response was sorry you lost your fish but we don't cover lose of animal but we can give you a refund now .. its greed made me lose my fish over them trying to not refund me a couple pounds will be taking action . Stay clear

Disgusted with the response to a…

Disgusted with the response to a delivery of a ultra violet pond pump, which was not working & packed in box with missing items & no instructions. When contacted told to send photos & videos which I did, as well as many sugested DIY checks they said I should do. 😔👎👎👎This dispute has been going on with 20+ emails & watsapps, given numerous job numbers, & names of company members. I have now got professional to take a look at my home who found it had been tampered with & no bolbs, glued parts inside and cable damaged.!!!

Outstanding Customer Service

I had some issues with my pond filter, the box appeared to have been dropped in transit. All Pond Solutions could not have given better customer service to rectify the issues. They replaced everything that could have been causing the issues & talked me through how to replace the parts. They were terrific.

I purchased an aqua eco 8000 pump in…

I purchased an aqua eco 8000 pump in April 23. It has always been cleaned and used appropriately in my Koi pond. At first I was pleased with it, however last weekend it stopped working. I checked everything and there is no issue with parts or it's maintenance. I contacted All pet solutions and they have told me via a couple of not very detailed messages that part are not covered and they will not be replacing it, even though it still has 6 months of warranty left. Not sure how they come up with that diagnosis.
Do not buy form them unless you want to replace your purchase within the warranty period as the warranty is worthless and the goods are clearly not fit for purpose.
UPDATE
All pet solutions contacted me and have supplied a brand new replacement unit, with apologies for the experience and a voucher for £10. This was gratefully received.
Thank you for rectifying the situation.

Terrible Customer Service

I have 2 elevated bowl stands ~ The actual metal pieces are brilliant ~ Very sturdy. The plastic elements are terrible. I've had to have both sets replaced at least twice over the last couple of years ~ which was great service.
I raised a query well over a month ago to ask about sourcing replacements (at my cost) only to now be told that they don't supply spares and can't tell me who manufactures the stands. So now I have 2 stands which can't be used. They don't seem the slightest bit bothered that I am now £60 down before I have to source new products ~ which will be from elsewhere now.

shocking service and pump turned up…

shocking service and pump turned up half complete and been emailing them for over a week to try and resolve . no reply so now have to sort through paypal

Don’t use this company as happy to take your money , sent out a 2nd hand half complete open then ignore your complaint . No phone number available and only an email address which is clearly ignored

Dangerous Product and Poor Customer Service

I ordered two items from this store on Amazon: a pond skimmer and an all-in-one pump and filter system. Both items have caused significant issues.

Pond Skimmer: The skimmer was much larger than the measurements provided in the description, which was misleading and inconvenient.

Pump and Filter System: This product is not only faulty but dangerous. After being installed by an electrician, it worked for about two days before tripping the main RCD breaker in our house. To my horror, I found my two new fish dead in the pond, and it became clear that the pump was earthing in the water. This could have been a tragic accident if my son had been feeding the fish at the time.

Customer Service: I returned the skimmer over a week ago but have yet to receive a refund. I am sending the faulty pump back tomorrow and expect a prompt refund. The total cost of these items is over £200, and the lack of timely resolution is unacceptable.

This has been a distressing and frustrating experience. I hope the company addresses these issues immediately to prevent further incidents. If not, I will be seeking legal advice.

Do not use

Do not use, awful experience. I ordered 2 items and they incorrectly sent out one item, which was not one of the items I ordered. They now won’t process my original order until I return the incorrect item (which I now have to go out of my way to do so). I don’t have a problem returning the incorrect item but the customer service has been shocking and it takes forever just to get a reply. I would just like the original items that I ordered and paid for. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service and am getting no where.
