Fab fast delivery easy to order and just love the quality

My order was lost in transit but within minutes of contacting Bee at All Pet Solutions, my problem was solved and replacement item was immediately dispatched. Fantastic service from an extremely polite Bee... THANK YOU!

Huge thanks to Mark, Violet and co at All Pet Solutions. Quick and speedy response to my issue and as a result I have two very happy kittens. Their cat litter is superb, easy to handle, not messy and they ensured I got hold of some when I needed it. A very happy loyal customer here!

Purchased 2 retractable leads. One last just over 2 months, the other a month. Meant for up to 50kg. Puppy nibbled like they do and they snapped instantly. Absolutely useless product, shocking customer service, stay well clear of this incompetent company.

Absolutely terrible returns are not processed after a week, and after chasing twice they said we have refunded you, checked with PayPal and it had not happened, a very bad and very poor customer service, How can you run a business like this!

Purchased a pond fountain pump great value , very good quality works extremely well loads of choices for fountain and water flow and the longest electrical cable of all advertised pumps would recommend

Fab site that I came across by chance when looking for a product at the right price. Will definitely use this company again. Easy to navigate around site. Excellent service. Quality items at an affordable price. Good communication and prompt delivery.

Ordered a larger scratching post with seat for my cat and it was delivered quickly, but more importantly was of excellent quality. I would definitely buy from here again.

Initial review:
I agree with some previous reviewers regarding poor customer service. Prompt delivery and lovely quality harness purchased. However the neck circumference is way smaller than specified and therefore does not fit. I ordered two by mistake and noticed my error immediately and asked to cancel one of the orders. This was ignored and I now have two harnesses that are no good. Return costs are too high! And therefore would not recommend unless you are certain of sizing.

I ordered a large non-slip mat to assist my old dog to stand whilst eating. This mat is excellent value, was delivered early and greatly helps him to enjoy his meal in comfort.
Although I didn’t have direct contact with the staff I was given tracking information.

Purchased a 2000ltr per hr filter for what I thought was good value.
When it arrived one of the baskets was buckled and made an awful noise.
Mentioned this through their 'support ' section, but got no answer. So ordered a replacement as the noise was horrific.
Changed it out for a new one and the noise is the same.
Again, approached their support * no answer from my first ticket either* and again. Nothing.
Will be seeking a full refund, with my credit card company if I have to as I have a feeling I'll never get a response.

Will stick to eheim or fluval for my products and more reputable sources. Sometimes the price should show you its too good to be true.
