My dog has just been diagnosed with Diabetes
1st time ordering form The PharmPet Co
Ordered Vetpen cartridges & needles
Sent needles but no cartridges ??
No email asking if i still wanted all the order ??
No phone call saying they have ran out of the cartridges ??
What is the point of sending the needles without the cartridges ??
Got 100 needles & no Vetpen cartridges
My dog needs CANINSULIN
She's going to have to suffer for longer now because of them
No communication
Total waste of money for the needles that i can't use without the Cartridges
I won't be ordering again

Ordered and delivered very quickly,easy to order and a lot cheaper than buying from the vet , you do have to pay a prescription from vet but cheaper in the long run

Update:- I have been refunded based on that I’ve changed my star rating..,This is the second time I have had problems with PharmPet Co 😤 stating vet prescription not correct or written properly!!
I went back to Vets and contacted other telephone and emailed Pet Pharmacy’s to check… there is nothing wrong with the prescription!!
Your loss it’s a good job it was only the Advocate Spot on treatment I ordered, I’ve now got to wait for refund.
Won’t be using you again it’s too much stress.
