Excellent service from Allscreens @ Lemington Newcastle. Windscreen was hit this morning so visited this local business on my way home and was welcomed by Aaron who helped me make the booking and was able to do the job immediately. I was driving away with a repaired windscreen in less than half an hour. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Dan looked after me as soon as I got to the company. He showed me what he was going to do and he’s done a bostin job on the screen. Can’t fault the service and all the lads were friendly and courteous. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough

Absolutely shocking service from a large company!
To cut a long story short we bought a car recently and when went to look at it there was a chip in the windscreen. The DAY BEFORE we picked it up the windscreen was replaced by this company. We then drove the car LESS THAN 40 miles home and a stress fracture appeared on the screen. When we spoke to this company they agreed that the crack was a warranty issue and yet flatly refused to replace the screen under warranty. Everyone in the customer service department right up to the manager, a lady apparently called Claire Rushin was ignorant, rude and extremely unhelpful.
Flip side we eventually got the screen replaced by Autoglass, they were different class, efficient, helpful and best of all they actually replaced the screen properly unlike these people. You should be ashamed of yourselves

AVOID!!! Had my windscreen replaced back in December last year (2022).
Technicians replaced the screen, which looked like a really rushed job.
The very next day I've noticed the VIN (chassis number) plate has been damaged (what makes it unreadable) as well as headlining and sunvisor has got glue stains. Reported it straightaway to head office. Been promised on MULTIPLE!!!! occasions that issue is going to be rectified within next few days. Promises were never delivered!
Actually, every single time I had to chase them spending roughly 30 mins on the phone.
It's 9th of March 2023 now and my van still has got no vehicle identification number plate and stained interior trim.
AVOID AT ALL COST.
Never had to deal with so NOT professional company.

The staff were friendly, and very proficient , I was given a lovely clean waiting room to sit in while my windscreen was removed and replaced, I would definitely recommend ALL SCREENS at prospect close kirkby in ashfield , although I have to admit they were difficult to find originally as a sign pinpointing where they actually are situated is not in veiw from the road but everything else was a really good experience

Came on the day arrange and a friendly young man from the Bristol branch sorted the chip out outside my home. First class service.

Needed a windscreen quickly as I had no glass. Autoglass could not come out for 3 weeks, it was raining all the time. Had to do something. Got these guys out and they did a great job all round. Turned up on time, were quick, cheaper too as it happens (not that I paid, did it through the insurance). Have to be honest, never heard of them before now, but can't praise them enough. Well done!
