I have sent several emails to cancel order. None have been answered. This was done done right after order was placed. I explained it was wrong item but it is still being sent. I will send it back and expect a full refund.

I recently purchase a complete Lift…
I recently purchase a complete Lift Master system, LA 500 operators and Heavy Duty brackets, That are made by All security equipment, Well they are far from heavy duty, They are made out of 3/16" thick metal and bent when we were setting the safety reverse on the system, Also the post bracket a little heavier 1/4" thick which should have been 3/8" per the manufacture which is given with the operators, When we install the operator arm on the back of the operator has a swivel bracket made to except 3/8" steel brackets, The operator does not sit even and is on an angle. I call and talked to tech support, They told me to off set the front of the operator to make it sit even on the back of the operator. I tried what he said to do, That did not do anything still uneven and over time this will only get worse by wearing out the plastic spacer, Lifting the front of the operator this will cause the operator to be unlevel, which lift master states to make sure the operators arms are level. This is unacceptable, I paid for HD brackets which they are far from that. I bought these brackets to save me time, I should have made them because, buying these bracket which are made very cheap, What did they save maybe $15.00 - 20.00 in steel, caused me an extra day in labor to go and buy the steel to make them the right way. I am very dissatisfied with this product.

This was my second order in 3 years
This was my second order in 3 years. I couldn’t remember who I bought from then, but knew it was a good experience so went back through my records. Glad I did! Same excellent experience. Anyway, we had a lightning strike a few houses away and our Viking Monitor was not happy. Viking tech support confirmed that the board in the Monitor was dead. So, back to All Security Equipment. The replacement arrived quickly, was well packaged, and installed easily. Thank you!
