Booked for an end of tenancy cleaning, the manager on the phone told me that they will clean everything. The cleaners came and they were like we need more money to clean this… they charged me an extra £80!
NOBODY TOLD ME THE HOUSE NEEDED TO BE CLEAN ALREADY FOR THEN TO ASK CLEANERS TO CLEAN..
The staff sent at home were super rude!
The lady on the phone was also rude!
Make sure you avoid them!

I booked two rubbish clearances and the guy that came was very helpful and hardworking. I was very satisfied with the service.

Finally it all worked out... I persevered with these cleaners. I had somebody's else's double oven, hob and extractor fan I have been trying to have cleaned for two weeks. It was a bit of a muddle trying to pay (and I have still only paid half of what I owe), the team was late arriving and spoke very little English but (and this is a big but) everyone was good to deal with and the job was well done. I was warned about the lack of fluent English, I could always get through to a human and the people who did the tough work, were diligent and careful. Thank you!

I booked an oven cleaning service and assumed that, like other professional cleaners, they would take the inside of the oven out to your van and soak it and clean it outside of the kitchen.

The man and boy who turned up worked hard and left the oven clean, but the mess that was created was extraordinary. I have a granite worktop and stone floor which means that they are very vulnerable to harsh materials . They made the worktop appallingly dirty and brought no floor covering, except for a couple of rags under the oven. There was brown oil everywhere: worktops, floor, tiles, bin top, handles.

When they arrived I asked about floor covering and they said it was not necessary. In fact there were oil drips on the floor when I came to check them. These can damage stone floors, especially if they are then cleaned with unsuitable materials. They offered to clean up but I would not let them; they did not have appropriate materials for our surfaces.

They are not at fault - the company is, for not providing them with appropriate equipment and for not emphasizing on your website that all cleaning will take place inside. Had I known that, I would have not hired them to do this job. The way it was being done does not require a professional, and what happened was precisely what I wanted to avoid by doing the work myself.

I cleaned up but only time will tell whether the stone surfaces have been damaged.

Great service! I booked a carpet clean a week ago, booking process went great, I organised everything very quickly, the guy that came did a perfect job.

From the beginning everything went wrong. To start of the cleaner come one hour ealier than scheduled. The cleaner was told by the agency that the job covers only single oven (paid for double). The cleaning standard very poor. The oven afterwards still greasy, dirty full of remaining pieces of food. Once tried to use the oven after the service the oven was full of smoke ( detergent used for cleaning not cleaned well or even not at all). Emailed the company with complaint as I was advised company do not provide refunds but I was offered to re attend to fix the issues. Unfortunately, the oven after two cleans still is dirty, greasy. The cleaner was trying to tell me that maybe there is no problem with the cleaning there is a problem with the oven itself. The job I had to pay £65 I had to re do it on my own. Had to raise oven with water 4 times to get rid of the grease.
Never use this company services. Avoid it by all means. Do not waste money on this unprofessional service provided.

The worst company I have ever dealt with!!! After initially trying to get out of the advertised 25% online discount the carpet cleaner did not even turn up!! They wanted upfront payment for a service, never in my life have I paid upfront for a service, especially when they outsource (subcontract) their cleaners. I made a 50% good will
Pre Payment but they chose to not honor my booking rather than contacting me. Appalled and I would urge anyone Against ever using this company....

The price appeared reasonable but for the effort and time put into the job It came out at about £50 an hour.

The list of jobs not even touched was longer than the list of cleaning undertaken. Does a professional actually clean windows and frames in the closed position? Do you leave a hob fan covered in grease with the old filter still in it for an end of tenancy clean?

When the job was queried the emails stopped because most of the money had been paid in advance (deposit) and if you are not a local landlord you have to use a bit of trust.

There was nothing professional about this company or its cleaners. I would suggest you look elsewhere.

I am the Landlord and had to get the job done properly elsewhere as it was still filthy.

Contacted All Services in One for a BBQ clean, when the team arrived to clean they thought they were cleaning an oven. On being told it was a BBQ clean they were surprised and clearly did not have the equipment required to clean a BBQ let alone cleaning it as detailed on the website, where the grills are soaked in a dip tank. I have a half cleaned BBQ with the lid scratched to pieces due to lack of proper equipment to clean a BBQ. When I flipped the grills over there was still residue left on the grills yet I am told that the BBQ is clean. When contacting to get a proper team out to clean as this is what was paid for I was told they will give me a 10% refund, now if this is not admitting the issue then I don’t know what is.

Helpful young man cleaned the carpets efficiently.
