Got an email from rituals but on ordering this shop wrote off the money and then reported a problem. On the mail an automated answer was sent with account not found… SCAM is my conclusion

Joie was very helpful in cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund I had signed up to something without reading the terms and didn't realise it was a subscription service so have cancelled it with their help.

I had made a mistake being dyslexic when I was on the computer not realizing that I had signed up for something that I could not afford, as soon as I realize my mistake I had called the company as well email them, all sports Tech customer service had sent me through to Emily who was able to come to a solution that help me with this matter. That help me out immensely and clear up the problem for me. I know the situation happen in August of 2024 but I do not remember the date. And the company had emailed me listen apology and a solution to solve my problem. This is why I gave them the five stars which I very rarely ever do when giving feedback.

It took them a while, but seeing how complex my issue was it was understandable. Thankfully they were able yo help and address my issue. I am satisfied with their service.

Scammers. They've taken money out of my account on two occasions without my knowledge and without me buying anything.

Never again this site is the biggest scam. They just take money from you without me signing anything. The Woder Wave website resold my card data and now they have debited money from me and are regularly deducting money from me, at the beginning only a little, but it keeps increasing. At the beginning it was 4 USD and now we were at 60 USD. a cheeky thing

Scamming Website, withdrawing money on credit cards using websites to make it look like they are an authorized web shop, creating false sales / purchases, making them look like a legit buy. But! Afterwards they declare it's a membership fee and they will charge you credit card without you knowledge and permission. Cancel your credit card immediately!!!
