Not as described, scam
I take back my previous score of 4, this company are dreadful. Despite Jose assuring me that I wouldn't be charged anymore, I was subsequently charged €37.
I immediately contacted them via the chat and was told that because my account has only been placed on cancellation and that takes 14 days that I would still be charged (€37 per week???)
I was assured again that the account would be cancelled so no money would be taken. When I argued it, and told them it was against the Sale and Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 as what I paid for was not as described, I was then informed i would receive a refund and I received emails to state a refund would be issued within 5-7 days and my account has been unsubscribed.
Dreadful company.
