The products are absolutely great…

The products are absolutely great quality. I ordered big bundle, very much worth the price.

Now, the delivery is another story. After ordering, I've waited 2 whole months until emailing them and asking where is my parcel? Well, it hasn't even been dispatched yet, because they're low on stock. They replied pretty much straight away and offer to send me whatever they actually have in stock, which was great and i got my parcel soon after.

But whyyyy didn't they contact me straight away about the low stock, did I really have to wait additional 2 months for no reason? And if I didn't contact them myself, how long would it be until they actually send the parcel? Dispatch times has to be quicker, 2 months is wayyyy too long
